      We are so sorry to hear about this. Do you live in a humid area? The reason we ask is that the adhesives can be affected by humidity causing the stickers to lose their adhesiveness. Have you also cleaned the back of the tv before you place them? As dust and other particles can also make the stickers weak.     Easy enough to install, though the printed directions don’t quite match the ones on their website. The final product looks great!

    Worked fine for about a month and a half. Now the lights keep falling off the TV. The adhesive isnt strong enough to keep them on. I did a quick google search and saw on reddit that this is a common problem with nanoleaf products , i wish i did better research up front this was a waste of $100

    I buy the product on best buy , and all in there still desapoointing me , The stick that the product brings doesn't work I had to invent to be able to glue it , for the rest its give me a little bit of work to set the product i dont recoment to buy nothing there

    Will not stay attached to telvision. Product needs to come with stronger adhesive stickers to stick to the television. For over $100, I would think that is not too much to ask.

    One star is pretty accurate, the controller doesn’t want to connect to the app. Also the adhesive was weak and the led strip peeled off in a few days. Made sure to follow all instructions.
