Pairing process is a nightmare, once paired, the camera didn’t work. Reset, pair, error notice, repeat. Will be returning

Customer support takes forever to get back. Was gonna take it back but that time has passed. Really disappointed on how hard it is to setup through the app.

Shockingly bad

Full second delays frequently (its not router speeds). Worst of all, the app is just awful and hasn’t improved in the slightest over 4 years. Took 2 units and 5 days to get the lights working for more than 30 minutes without becoming unreachable and 2 of my other nanoleaf products have decided to quit working entirely without regular full resets since I added these…. Work fine if I reset the 4d and leave it unset up. I’m just done with nano. Period.
