These are my second set of bulbs from Nanoleaf. They work great with Apple HomeKit for home automation and controlling from iPhones.

Not ready for consumer use. It is almost like they are using us as beta testers. This product is not reliable and are at the bottom of the smart home bulb list.

It seems to be a very economical way to light the house but each and every one of the 15 that I bought suffers from consistently not remember previous color and/or temperature. They all seems to revert to the yellowish hue instead the white that I want. And let's not talk about the temperature that I want. At this point, I'd rather pay for higher prices instead of having to spend all my time adjusting the bulbs.

Could give them more than 2 stars but my idea of getting these ones was to be able to use them with my iPhone home app and they never really connect or work without their nano app. Waste of money on my opinion

We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the Home App and your Nanoleaf A19 Bulbs. since Matter is an emerging technology, Apple and Nanoleaf require your devices to be up-to-date in the latest versions to work correctly. Please check your OS, your Nanoleaf App, your Apple Home Architecture and your border router of choice (HomePod, AppleTV etc.). Once everything is up to date, try resetting the device, and pairing it to through the Nanoleaf app.

These are by far the worst upgrade nano leaf has come up with, I had the the last gen lights I thought I would upgrade to the all new nano leaf light, oh man was I wrong, I could never get them to connect to any of my devices, tried google,Amazon,apple home, nothing worked,I even got replacement lights, still the same problem, don’t waist your money,go buy govee they’re brighter and better hands down.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. The New Matter enabled lights work over Thread. So they require a Matter-compatible smart home hub and a Thread border router. There were also firmware updates recently that should help with making sure they work better. We're always working to improve everything from the technical and the user experience perspective, so those things are only going to get better over time. As for Matter, that's partially still a mystery in the hands of the big players, but for our part we're going to make sure again that everyone has the best experience possible. We usually advise to make sure to connect with the Ecosystem first, and then to the Nanoleaf App for a more seamless experience. I bought a bunch of these bulbs because they're supposed to be the best. But I returned all of them because they kept needing to be reset, about once per week. It was very fustrating, the tech just isn't there yet. Note: I used them on the Apple ecosystem, they may work better on other smarthome platforms.

Got my lights yesterday, paired with the Nanoleaf app and Apple Homekit… then today someone accidently switched off the light switch and all connectvity with Homekit was lost, I even tried a factory reset of the bulbs and removed them from Homekit and the bulbs will still not pair with Homekit, retuning them today.
