Looks cool when it’s on but it refuses to connect to my app and randomly turns itself on in the middle of the night

Do you have your Touch Gestures turned on for your Shapes Triangles? We have our other users reporting that since they have this on, the lights turn on by themselves with the simplest blows of the wind. Can you try checking if you have this feature on to see if that would help?

if you get it up and connected correctly to wifi and it stays up.. then congrats and it will look good! but there are a lot of points that will drive you crazy or fail.. not exactly plug and play.

Bought this expansion pack for mine that I’ve has for sometime only to my surprise they changed the chips! I guess I’ll never be able to buy more with buying a whole new kit.

Our Light Panels and our Shapes Triangles are two different light models that use different Linkers/Power Supply Units. We would highly recommend that you get in touch with our product support team and they would love to help you out.

Wonderful lights! Stick well to the wall and easy to setup. Even on communal wifi, they still work!

These are pretty cool, but you have to be patient with them. Check out owner forums online and you'll see a lot of people having the same issues - poor app experience and wifi reliability.

Super cool but will not connect to app. I’ve done it all. Every tip and trick I can find online. They work without, but the app would be cool.

Its not worth to buy there is some serious issue, it will automaticaly turn on and off if you leave plug on. So you have to unplug it after you use it

I thought i can use tuem by them selves jxmjc I don't know what else to say because you have to use 50 words on this so I just have to say double swords and since I could submit
