I am impressed with Narwal Ultra. The robot navigates effortlessly around furniture and under tight spaces, leaving my floors spotless. The suction power is sufficient and also adjustable, picking up dirt, dust, and hair with ease. I've noticed a significant reduction in allergens and dust bunnies since I started using it. The battery life can lasting around 3 hours on a single charge. The cleaning modes are customizable, and the app allows me to schedule cleanings in advance.

i can totally relate to the struggle of dust and pet fur, so having a swift and silent vacuum with advanced sensors sounds like a dream. And the fact that it excels in mopping too? That's impressive! After looking at many reviews on PREMIUM Mop and Vac Combos this new brand caught my eye. The app and interface on the machine itself are awesome and very easy to use. The vacuum mapped our main floor very accurately and the area that gets mopped doesn't miss a spot and somehow can tell if there are areas that need to mopped a second or third time because of residue on the hard wood floors. We are very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to everyone if they are looking for the best combo. Ohhh, it is super quiet as well, so doesn't need to be run when you are out of the house or at night. The app pushes a notification to you when the session is over. It is also cosmetically appealing and looks good in our kitchen

I love my new best friend! He's perfect. Cleans up after himself. So quiet. At first I was wondering if something was wrong with him. He was too quiet. I questioned if he was really doing anything, but he sure was! He's very thorough. No streaks! Cleans and mops! Can do one at a time or both mop and vaccuum. Very user friendly app. I can watch him clean on the app. One day he missed a spot because I had a chair in the way, he actually went back and got that spit after I moved the chair. I can't say enough good things about this machine! Only negative is the soap cleaner for this machine is alittle pricey. So I only use the cleaner soap once a week. The rest of the week I just use water and it still cleans great!! So many different settings you can choose from

I was very impressed to say the least. I have hard wood floor and a dog that sheds wayyy to much and the vaccum keeps it clean. The mop is ok at best but it helps out in between deep cleans of the house.

Set it and forget it is the best way to describe this machine. The work it does is top notch. I might even invest and get one for the second floor of my house. Clean up is a breeze since I only have to get rid of the dirty water and empty the dust bin every other day. Simple routines help this become second nature and keep my home clean.

I loved the Narwal, out of the box. I have no carpet, only a few throw rugs. While mapping, I took up my rugs. When I placed my rugs down, it tangled in each one it came to, even with mopping pads removed. It is super quiet and does an excellent job. The app has a learning curve, but is dooable if you are patient. I would recommend this to anyone but I returned it because of my rug issues.

If i can I would give it a 3 1/2 love the machine quiet and it does a great job if I. I just wish the manufacturer were at scrubbing pads to the mopping pads.

I have been using Narwal for a full year now. It works very well and continues to do an amazing job cleaning and vacuuming my floor. You do need to keep it clean and change the water. I set it to mop just the living room overnight and wake up to a clean streak free floor. The tray comes out for easy cleaning and I just wash the mop pads every month or so. One tank mops a full 2 times. Does a great job around the edges. The mapping is spot on.

The Narwal is amazing! My kids love it, and I really appreciate the extra help! I have it setup so that it mops 3 time a week, and vacuums every morning! The app is super intuitive and I was even able to setup a zone for where my kids sit so that after theyre done eating, Narwal comes to clean up! One bad thing ive noticed is that Narwal really loves cords and small toys, so just make sure to put those away before running it and you should be fine!

Amazing. Sad to say I didn’t know how dirty my floors got until you see this thing cleaning them. The dirty water was DIRTY. I do have to move some chairs with metal legs that it would get stuck on. But worth it.

Set up was relatively easy. Accomodates multiple language set ups. Works well.

My wife and I just bought a new house and a new puppy. This Mop/Vacuum combo has been perfect for us. I was worried about spending so much money on a robot not knowing for sure if it would be worth it. IT IS WORTH IT!! There may be situations or circumstances where this device wouldn’t fit in but they’re not here at our house. This magician is intelligent and a great asset. I leave the house every day, Put things in order so that he doesnt get stuck behind our recliners because he literally will find every nook and cranny he can possibly get into and click clean. When i get home the house looks brand new again and smells great.
