It was competitively priced, the YouTube reviews seemed great. It was this or the Eufy X10 Pro. I should have gone with the Eufy. Was fine at first. Easy setup, app was intuitive and everything seemed great. 3 months in Keeps overflowing water. Water not filling into dirty water tank and instead just sits in base plate and overflows. Multiple cleanups up, no blockages no change. Contacted the Manufacturer Narwal their agent states “We do not provide anything other than troubleshooting steps for people who don’t buy directly from us as of September 2023” I called BestBuy even though they are just the seller of the product, I got Nathan, very respectful gentleman, escalated the issue to his boss after he got the same answer from Narwal. They are looking into exchanging the product for me even though it’s 3 months after purchase. This is why I like buying from BestBuy. Good standard of business when it comes to helping customers.

I love it, it does a better job than I do! After just the first use my husband and I both commented how good the floor looked, like it was polished. I have 2000 sf of slightly textured tile floor, area rugs, 2 long hair cats and 4 people, I run it almost everyday, my house seems less dusty. Yesterday I used my water vacuum after I took down all the Christmas decorations and not running “Freo” for 2 days, the amount of cat hair was less than usual and my back ached. So glad a friend of a friend recommended Narwal.

Good appliance but I would like in other color eg. (black).

Wow! Such a good mop feature to self clean and self dry.

had high hope for this model however it constantly gets stuck and the mops fall off all the time. I have to be moving it or finding the mops when they fall off.

It doesnt mop very well but it does vaccuum great its big and bulky and loud.

Honestly, this thing was so big and heavy - 40 lbs! that we returned it. Our home is not small, but we chose not to have a vacuum as the center piece.

I have bought several robot vacuums. This one does not pick up dog hair the mop heads even if you have it on carpet fall off and it’s just a rug or even a cord. Tried to return to Best Buy. It was over 14 days. They would not let me and called the company and they will do nothing as well. I have cats chinchillas and dogs. I would not recommend this vacuum. If ever 14 days like mine, neither company will help you. I waited thinking it might work and when I finally decided it was not worth $600. I tried to return it, but if you buy it on Amazon, you can return it just don’t buy it from Best Buy.

Really good machine cleans the flooors very good specially in the Freo mode love it

Was good for the first few months, then gradually went down hill. We have a really clean home, no pets, very easy clean and mop tasks. Narwal customer service gave some tips but nothing came from those. Best Buy does not honor returns after 15 days and product carries a 1 year manufacturer warranty so I will be trying that at this point. Hopefully it goes well. If you buy one of these. Buy the extended warranty! This thing will get stuck and do donuts in random spots with no obstacles. Wild. Will not even remap now.

Cleans well but unable to get edges to clean at all! Very frustrating doesn’t matter how many times I re-map. I meant to return it but passed the return period. Look for something else unless you have a clear straight wall as it won’t go under cabinets (basically any with a ledge even though there’s plenty of clearance), close to the couch or chairs. Defeat the whole purpose of having an automatic vacuum.

This is a very expensive vacuum to perform so poorly. I bought this because it was highly rated for pet fur. The vacuum will leave behind dirt as it has been pushing it instead of vacuuming it. It leaves little piles for us to come back and pick up later with our other vacuum.

Very disappointed in the performance for the cost of this. I will most likely return this.

Not worth the money. Cost alot and the dust bin doesnt hold much.

The Narwal Freo is amazing. Was very impressed with how accurate and quick it mapped our house. It vacuums and mops very well and is very customizable. With the app, set up is very simple. Highly recommend!
