I decided to order the Narwal S20+ because of the Black Friday sale after researching my next vacuum mop for weeks. Being a new model I was a little skeptical at first, but so far this thing has been amazing. The self cleaning is much better than Tineco, and I can say the self drying actually dries out the roller nearly completely. The automatic dispensing for the solution is very neat and saves you a ton of money because it dispenses just enough. Not having to worry about adding solution every time is very nice. The suction power is incredible, and it cleans right up to the edges very well. I do have a dog, and so far hair has not been a problem. The battery life also seems to be good. I was able to do my 1600 sq ft home completely and still have 40% battery life left. Another impressive thing I noticed is it does not use much water to get the job done. I can do my entire home with a cup or so of water. This does not mean it doesn’t clean well because it does. What will make me even more impresssd is if it holds up well to the abuse of every day use. As of right now I cannot recommend it enough.

I love this machine - easy to use and empty dirt/dirty water. It is perfect to clean up every day messes left by young ones and I love that it separates the dirt from the dirty water so you can easily dispose of debris in the trash can and separately discard dirty water in the sink. 2 Things I would point out, however, 1. There will be times that it cannot loosen and clean dried on messes. 2. It was extremely easy for me to break a small piece that holds the cover on over the roller and cleaning fluid tank. Customer Service at Narwal does not stand behind the quality of the materials used to make the machine/the design SOOOOO I have to tape the cover on every time the machine needs the roller cleaned (I do this after each clean even through probably not necessary with the self cleaning features) or cleaner fluid added (not often)

I have never left a review on this site, but I fell in love with this bad boy during my first test run. I unboxed it to test it out on a small area but it was so easy to clean with I just cleaned the whole house. I am throwing away my swiffer and my steamer. The steamer left streaks everywhere and the swiffer - well, the first tank of water from my s20 was black. So it clearly didn't do much. I can't believe I'm in love with a vacuum mop thing. My floors look so nice and it was SO EASY. If you're on the fence and can afford it, DO IT.

I absolutely love how this vacuum mop separates dirty water from solid debris, making cleanup so much easier. The feature that cleans and sanitizes the roller brush, then dries everything when you place it back on the dock, is a game-changer. I also appreciate that you don’t have to add cleaner every time — it dispenses automatically as you use it. While this isn’t my first vacuum mop, it is by far my favorite!

Best vacuum mop on the market. A lot of research and this one has the most specs at the best price. It literally does everything for you. I love how clean my house feels now.

I waited years after vacuum/mop combo came in the market. The wait was worth it. Effortless cleaning. Easy water dumping. Cheap replacement parts. It cleans very close to the edges. Worth it 100%

The Narwal Vacuum Mop is a excellent product. It handles very well and does a great job cleaning floors. There is no mixing of the detergent and water. the detergent has its own dispenser, so no measuring. it picks up hair fairly well. i have not seen any hair entangle in the roller. the mop cleans and dry the roller very well. it also blow dry the dirty water tank after you empty and clean it. Just one small issue, i had with the device is that if you touch the mop cover roller with the baseboard while cleaning, it leaves some cast off from the roller onto the baseboard. Other than that one small issue, i would definitely recommend the Narwal.

I cant believe I'm this excited over a vacuum mop or that I'm writing a review but this thing has been great. Its super easy to use, self propels, is light weight, and self cleans/dries. Its all easy to clean. And for when you're tired like I was today, it prompts you what to do. My whole main floor is hard flooring and I have bad shoulders so this is a life saver. I haven't had it long so if I have issues I'll update but so far I love it

The Narwal S20+ is a wonderful product - it’s mind blowing how it sweeps and mops and leaves your floors spotless :-) highly recommend!!!

It seems to get the job done. The charger apparently doesn't work for more than 30 minutes I believe. A second charger as a backup was recommended which I went for, but it cost me more money. I will have to go over the manual again to remind myself how to empty the debris and clean the roller. It sucks. So that is a good thing.
