Great machine! I was a little skeptical when purchasing this online but once I got it, I was more than happy! It’s definitely worth paying extra for the assembly offer.

works well. Very pleased Install went smoothly although our delivery took over a month.!! BB employee Gracie worked with us to solve the delivery problem...she is the BEST!!!

I really wanted to like this elliptical. I was just looking for something basic, and this couldn’t even deliver on that. The platforms where you put your feet on the pedals arent level?! They’re down turned on mine. I truly don’t understand. I have to move my feet back on the pedal to the point where my heal is hanging off a little. And mind you, I have to readjust like this every two minutes or so. It’s impossible to get a workout like this. And it’s uncomfortable. My toes are crushed in my shoes from downward slope and then within a minute my toes are crushed along the front edge of the pedal. I’m so upset with myself that I didn’t hop on to test it while the geek squad guys were here setting it up. I would’ve returned it so quick. I’ve had it for almost 4 months now and I’ve forced myself to 3 separate 15 minute “workouts” on it cause that’s all I can take on it. So silly.

A solid elliptical for the price. Many elliptical machines feel shaky and unstable around this price range but his one did the trick.

Very sturdy frame & quiet performance. Electronics are a little dated, but mechanically it is a solid elliptical.

I bought this back in 2020. I really like it but the display is a little small.

Love my Nautilus! Smooth ride, fan and excellent install. Highly recommended to you when you are looking for an elliptical. I’m obsessed!

The Nautilus is great, I'm still learning the set up of all the features but It's just what I ordered and needed for my cardio workouts.

Good product but assembly took time but instructions were good. Hope the product lasts for years to come.

The stride is small but gives a really good leg workout!

For me, this was not what I was looking for. Nautilus has discontinued their original trainer app, replacing it with a very archaic-looking and basic app that requires payment in order to use/track your workouts in perpetuity. I called Nautilus several times - the bluetooth doesn’t work with any other app. On top of that, the unit significantly underreports. It also started squeaking on day 4. In my mind, if all I wanted was a unit that physically worked and didn’t care about the measurement or tech add ons, I would have bought a much cheaper competitive product. I returned this item. It took me 4 hours to set up at 3 hours to tear down.
