    Great workout, easy to use, easy to assemble. Best Buy delivered one-time, brought it to the room I wanted. Not cheap, you get what you pay for.

    THIS MACHINE HAS POTENTIAL HOWEVER THE VERY FIRST DAY I WENT TO USE IT IT SQUEAKED AND WAS GRINDING PLASTIC LIKE CRAZY. THE ENTIRE MACHINE ROCKS BACK AND FOURTH WHEN IN USE. THE STRIDE IS REALLY SHORT SO YOU FEEL IT MOSTLY IN YOUR QUADS IF YOU GET ANY BURN AT ALL FROM IT.

    I paid to have machine put together. They sent 2 guys that said they do this everyday. I got on machine and it fell apart while I was on it. The pedals slide off and I fell off. I found they didnt use a bunch of the hardware and it was thrown into box. I guess they really want a lawsuit.

    It arrived as scheduled and the Geek Squad was great, as always. Within 3 minutes of turning it on the screen read “Error Key Stuck”. After speaking with the Geek Squad it seems this issue is more common than It should be. Thus, I returned it. Stay away or hope that you’re luckier than I.
