Customers commend the R616 Recumbent Exercise Bike for its ease of use, quality construction, and quiet operation. Many appreciate the straightforward assembly process and the inclusion of a helpful fan. While some users found the seat less comfortable than ideal and experienced minor issues with the heart rate monitor, the overwhelmingly positive feedback points to a well-received product.

I love this recumbent bike because it is stable, very quiet, and very comfortable. The seat is wide and comfy. I don’t worry about not having a screen for cycling programs, because I can use my IPhone with Apple TV to mirror APPs on my phone to a blog screen TV in front of my bike. I mirror the APP, “Explore the World,” to my TV, which gives me beautiful trails to see from all over the world as I peddle away. I paid $200 for Best Buy to put the bike together and it was worth it, because there were a lot of pieces. I highly recommend this recumbent bike!!

Easy to assemble, smooth operation, quiet,
Only problem was plastic dust cover on one pedal is cracked and won’t stay on pedal. Haven’t called customer service yet for replacement.

This is a great piece of exercise equipment! I love that I can plug in my MP3 player and listen while riding. The bonus road scenes as you pedal from your tablet and phone keep your workout interesting and fun. You can buy a subscription, but the free ones work fine for my needs. My back is bad and this is one of the few machines I can use. Losing weight and blood pressure is falling. I really like it . Took me a little over and hour to put together. I would buy this again without any hesitation at all!

Got this bike the other day and all went well with installation. Very heavy duty. Putting the console on the stand and noticed it was a refurbished unit, scratches on the screw assembly that someone else returned. I was stunned. Well, my fan does not work, but everything else does. I called the manufacture and waiting for a confirmation response for a replacement. This should of never happened with new equipment.

My husband and I (both seniors) are workout fanatics, and this bike is perfect for our morning routine. We've just replaced our old recumbent bike and would not go back to a traditional seat. (Older butts need the extra pampering.) This particular bike is smooth and quiet, with plenty of resistance levels and a memory that tracks workouts for several different users. The built-in fan is surprisingly effective, and the bike offers a variety of programs for different types of rides (though we are happy with adjusting the manual program to our preferred levels.) One thing that we haven't been able to do is use the Bluetooth function, as the recommended Nautilus app simply doesn't seem to exist anywhere in our known universe. Doesn't affect our workouts much, as we are entirely self-motivated. I put in at least an hour a day on this little beauty, and I believe my husband does likewise, so it's definitely earned a spot in our workout room. Oh, yes, and assembly was far less complicated than we'd expected, and we saved quite a bit of money by putting it together ourselves.

Seems well built and is quiet. Son put it together in about a hour and said it was fairly easy and straight forward. Works well and I have been using it 4-5 times a week. Pedaling is smooth and seat is comfortable. Fan works well and is a nice feature.
A nice replacement instead of gym membership. Only downside of it is the speakers are not good quality and almost useless. I connect Bluetooth speaker or earbuds to listen to music. The screen could be more informative and interactive. Nice addition to be able to hook up phone and has charging capabilities, but would be nice to have expanded bluetooth capabilities. Bluetooth only works to connect into app. which is useful. Another idea might be to add arm rests that fold up and then it would be very comparable to a commercial unit at an affordable price.

Great product! Easy to use, comfortable seat and has a buily in fan that definitely helps vool youbdown duting your work ride. The fitness app has several free rides and tracks your progress which is a great help. You can connect your phone to the bike with a cord or bluetooth the speakers can also be used through both the Bluetooth or connecting straight to the bike. Overall great purchase for the money paid. Easily asdembled by my husband which took maybe an hour to put together.

This was a socially distant workout purchase for our household to keep us exercising now that it's too icy out to be biking on the roads and snow covered bike paths.
Its works well in adjusting to multiple riders. I was at first bothered by the fact that you move up and down as you adjust the seat front and back, but this actually feels a little more ergonomic than if they had just moved you straight back -- so your feet are always pedaling naturally at the correct distance below your seat, which you otherwise couldn't do for riders that vary in height by over a foot.
Overall it has a sturdy construction that was very straightforward to put together. I like the overall feel and ease of use of the telemetries computer, and the app integration for things like Explore the World.
I was however a little disappoint in the amount of wobble the control tower shows as I pedal, I'm hoping that there are a couple nuts that need to be tightened down more but it makes me wonder how long this will last.

We are very happy with this bike—it is solidly built and came with all the parts and detailed instructions to assemble. It operates quietly and the seat adjusts easily for each individual user. The only issue we’ve had is that the heart rate sensors don’t always work, but I haven’t contacted Nautilus for advice on this yet.

The bike was extremely easy to put together. I had it done in 40 minutes or less. We are able to move it around the room with ease thanks to the wheels on it. When using the app for the bike it's nice to see the country side. You can basically workout without feeling like your working out. Great bike for the price and the quality.

The computer doesn't quite work right. The pulse doesn't usually pick up, even with damp hands. The app definitely doesn't work. The various setting, ability to change the resistance, and the programmability for routines are excellent. I find the angle of the back rest too much reclined but easy fix with a folded towel. The seat itself is quite comfortable and is holding up well.

First time recumbent bike buyer so I was not sure what to expect. Overall the bike is better than I thought I would be getting for the price point. Easy to assemble, very quiet and smooth operation. The display and its functionality are not terribly up to date but everything works fine. Haven't tried the bluetooth enabled app or the claims of VR capability.

I order large heavy items from Best Buy because the price is the same as other retailers and I know the item will be delivered without damage. It took my grandson about 40 minutes to assemble, the instructions were very clear and it was a great investment. I’m 69 years old, 5ft tall so the bike does fit people on the shorter side. I expect this will last for years.

Easy to assemble for me one person, it took me under an hour. Feels sturdy; use both manual and preprogrammed modes. Preprogrammed modes are great for quick sessions after coming home in the evening.
Have set up some long sessions from 45 – 60 minutes.
The Nautilus R616 Recumbent Exercise Bike has a small footprint, and I store the exercise bike in my bedroom.
I picked Nautilus R616 Recumbent Exercise Bike because it was on sale at a fantastic price and is a well-known brand (Nautilus, Schwinn, and Bowflex are all owned and made by the same company).
The BestBuy curbside pick was excellent at placing the exercise bike box in my SUV.

I am going to need knee surgery and was told a recumbent bike would be a good idea to build up muscle strength prior to and following knee surgery. Because you are sitting back in a chair-like seat, it doesn't stress the knees as much as sitting over on top of a bicycle seat would. The many features of the Nautilus are amazing. The seat is comfortable. The workouts are great, allowing you to make them less or more intense to your preference. This bike also had great reviews. The wheels allow you to move it without too much trouble. I had the Geek Squad come set it up, and they were on time and great!
