Well made solid recumbent exercise bike. Not too bad to put together. Very heavy piece of machinery. The cup holder should be on the front part, I removed it because it made it wider then needed.

I loved the Best Buy online shopping experience and on time delivery.
I was very fortunate that the bike was available and majorly disappointed by the fact that one of the mounting screws for console was stripped. This screw could not be removed to mount the console leaving me with an unusable bike.
The bike was to be a major part of my rehab program as I recover from hip replacement surgery.
I'm hoping that Nautilus will make this right in a very prompt manner.

Bike is solid overall and for the price, you cannot beat it. Super easy to use once it is all setup and it has some cool features with it. Assembly wise - pay attention to the directions and take your time. If you miss a step you will have to backtrack and it slows down the process. Changing the pressure for the magnet is also very easy and smooth.

Easier to put together than expected. Well made but has some plastic coverings.
The bike is sturdy, easy to get on and off. I’m 5’10” and it easily adjusts to my height with room to spare in either direction.
No instructions included on your sings different modes on bikes, I experimented and figured it out. You tube helps also.
Hooking up tablet/iPad is simple. Just turn on Bluetooth and connect. I’ve only used Explore The World free version to this point and am enjoying. It’s a fun feature.
Compared to other bikes with similar features, this was a great deal. I would purchase again.

Bestbuy sent me the used product and even it was defect one. The power was not on and bike was not working. I purchased the new equipment and I cannot believe Bestbuy sent me used and defect product. I really disappointed and they must explain me what happen. I have no idea how can I return this heavy one.

We are very pleased with this purchase. Those who delivered it put it where we wanted it. We chose to assemble. The instructions were right on and easy to follow. The tools, screws, etc were all included. We are retired. Worked on it maybe 2-3 hrs in total. The users setup was also easy to do.

For the price, it does its job. I get a good work out from it however the seat is uncomfortable. I have to put a pillow behind me so that I am not halfway laying down when I'm trying to exercise. That is after I have adjusted the seat for my leg length. The connection to the plug also sticks out. Easy to accidentally step on and break so just be careful. If you are on a tight budget this is a great machine for the price.

I bought this exercise bike to replace a 20 year old exercise bike. While both bikes are recumbent and magnetic resistance, that is where the comparability ends. This new bike has programs and you can customize them. It also has a heart rate monitor and a built in fan. The fan does not put out a lot of air flow, so you may still need another fan in the room. Access to the bike is very easy since there is no bar or tube to step over. The seat is easy to adjust and the bike can be leveled easily to give you a stable ride. The resistance is very smooth and you can have multiple people as users and can track each user individually to track the history of each individual user. I ride the bike for 30 minutes per session and I find the seat to be very comfortable. The back is a little on the hard side. I use a pillow behind my back and find it makes the ride much more comfortable on my back. Overall, when you consider price and functionality, I would say it is a great value. I have had the bike for about one month and feel very comfortable givning this bike my endorsement.

Great bike, great price, easy delivery. Compare it to it's cousin the Schwinn 230 and you'll see they're the exact same thing for the most part. My wife and I have gotten a ton of great workouts from this already.

The bike is great! Only issue is ME! I'm too lazy to get on the bike! I bought it to help me with my aftercare from my full knee replacement and I admit I should be using it far more often. The bike itself is good quality, made very well and has great features. Me.....not so good. I have made a vow to start working out on it once again!!

It is very easy on my back and knees! It seems to be sturdy and well made! The seat and back are VERY comfortable, I am so happy about that! A friend helped me put it together. The instructions were good and there was only one part he had to 'finess' to get ot to go together. I am hoping that it lasts me a long time.

This is a great exercise bike from a quality company! We waited a while for this to be back in stock for a reasonable price during our COVID-19 times. Had a couple of minor issues after assembly. Nautilus customer service was fantastic and addressed the issues immediately. Best Buy delivery was great. We had read horrible stories from other companies about damages to the delivered bikes. That's one of the reasons why we bought from Best Buy! No delivery issues!

Bike put together in my home during Covid. Guys wore masks and were professional and courteous. The bike rides smooth but the instructions are confusing so i googled it and i understood them. Is on wheels with a pull bar if you need to move it. Would recommend.
