I bought this mid pandemic to get in my exercise at home. First thing I will say is the advertised app is awful and not worth downloading. However, the bike is wonderful to use without it! You can set-up profiles for each family member to customize workouts. I love having a place to put my tablet down and watch a movie or listen to music while my workout is going while keeping track of important stats on the bottom screen. The interface is a little difficult to use. I often find myself cycling though menus over and over again accidently. Once I found the right workout, I just stuck with it.

I read all the reviews and really wanted a recumbent bike to work out with at home during this pandemic. Best buy delivered it and very happy with prompt professional delivery I received. This, however was no picnic to put together. It took about three hours, things are not easy to screw in or tighten. I did manage to get it all together with no damage or compromise. I am very happy with the bike. it is comfortable to work out on and has been a nice retreat for working out during this mess of a year.

Easy assembled and very solid constructed. Use everyday and getting use to all the features. Only suggestion is that they need a instruction manual for exercises besides just on line.

This bike is comfortable, quiet, and versatile. The only criticism is with the explore the world app, not the bike itself. The free app is not synchronized or seamless.

This machine was easy to assemble. It has a comfortable seat that adjusts 2 ways to accommodate both my husband and me. It is simple to use. Great bike for the price.

I've used this bike for over 2 months now and I have to say, I really like it. Its easy to use and I like the built in programs. I don't use the explore the world app much at all. I love having the ability to change resistance in the grab bars. My only complaint is the seat. I took a star away because for longer rides (over 30 minutes) the hard plastic seat gets uncomfortable. The previous bike I had, had a mesh seat and that was great. Outside of that, I really enjoy this bike.

Very good exercise bike, but I would recommend having the Best Buy service put it together and install for you. I’m a mechanic, so I had no trouble with the assembly, and I’m very happy with Nautilus. The explore the world app is great, and I’m riding all over the world now, but I had to buy a iPad, and it works great with the bike.

I had to drive over 100 miles to pick up this bike, because for some reason, Best Buy would not ship it to one of the many stores near me. They did ship it quickly though. Once I got there the pickup process was great and the people were professional and helpful. When I put together the R618, it turned out that the bolt holding the right crank onto the axle had been left off during the manufacturing process. Dealing with Nautilus tech support was fine, and their people were also very helpful but I was on hold over an hour twice, because they don't do tech support via email or chat. I was sent a bolt and it arrived reasonably quickly. I was able to attach the crank and the bike seems to work fine now. It is a nice recumbent and I am glad to have it, although all told it took a month and a half from the time I picked it up to being able to ride it.

Really enjoy this recumbent bike. It does everything I need and more. I use the programs that are preinstalled and that's more than I'll ever use. The seat is very comfortable and was a major consideration b/c if you're uncomfortable you won't use it. I highly recommend.. It was fairly easy to assemble. The directions were excellent and my and I got together in about 2 hrs and we're in our 60's.

Works as expected. Comfortable and challenging. Easy on my back. My only con is that the AC adapter plugs into the front of the machine and has a very thin cord. Easy to trip on it and rip it. Have to be very careful of that or the bike is useless until you get a replacement. I may order a back-up if I can just to be safe. The tech changes on these machines rapidly. In the near future such a part may not be available.

I did a lot of research on stationary recumbents and the Nautilus R618 was definitely the best for the buck. I've been totally pleased with the bike. Very quite and sturdy and gives me a great workout. I strongly recommend having Best Buy assemble for you.

Great option for the money. The seat it super comfortable and the ride very smooth and whisper quiet. I gave it 4 starts instead of 5, because the system does not allow you to connect your own devise for viewing on the screen. But otherwise, this is a great buy for the money.

It seems recumbent exercise bikes were in high demand as I shopped various brands and all were back ordered. Nautilus was the first I found available so I pulled the trigger. Item was delivered right into the room I desired, I had it put together in less than two hours and I'm 82 years old. I haven't figured out all the programs yet, but I also don't like to read instructions. LOL

So far I am "enjoying" my new bike and so is my wife. There was a problem connecting my iPad via Bluetooth to the bike to use the Nautilus app "Explore The World". I was able to connect with the help of Nautilus support. Here is what they told me to do. "Explore The World (ETW) should work just fine on the iPad. I would recommend uninstalling and re-installing the app and make sure to approve all permissions. Next, open up the settings app on the iPad and ensure that the bluetooth permission is enabled for ETW. Turn on the bike and leave at the READY or WELCOME screen. Make sure ETW is set to the Ride activity and select one of the tracks. Tap on Start Ride and this should prompt you to connect to the bike. Please note that the bike may appear as the B618. If you have recently tried to connect your phone, you should turn off the bluetooth on your phone. The more recent signal may try to connect automatically." Nautilus's manual could be improved as well.

Very smooth and quiet to use. Instructions for use are poor and required a call to the company. The company emailed me the instructions. Definitely not intuitive to use.
