    I returned FallOut 4 in exchange for an extra controller so that my son and I can play one another in this game. Haven't played yet but looking forward to it. My nephew, who is 8, is very into the game. He especially enjoys the level of customization that he can achieve with the players. He was going on about how cool it was that he could switch out all the different types of shoes the players are known to wear.

    This is a very good game. Quick games, Blacktop, and every season past the first is a lot of fun. However, the "Spike Lee Joint" part of career mode ruins your first season. At it's base, it's a sports game, they need to leave it at sports, we don't need that much story. My only complaint about gameplay is the motion dynamics. There are a lot of bad animations, leading to bad shots, fouls, etc. The creators wanted to make it hyper-realistic, and they sacrificed a bit of the smoothness of gameplay. And if you plan to play online, make sure you have a fast internet connection.

    I've always been an EA guy for most of my sports games, but when it comes to NBA games, EA has been in bad shape so I moved to the 2K series years ago and this years edition is one of the best yet. Graphics and player animations alone make it worth it, the myPlayer feature is an interesting take, and I am a big fan of the franchise mode. All in all the best bball game out.
