Received everything I ordered on time but my steelbook case was damaged. I can't even close the cover

It's a nice case and I love that Kobe is on the cover but not worth the pre-order price.

Only gets 1 star because wont allow me to give zero stars. First of all I pre-ordered the game expected delivery Sept 4th. Shipping of the game was delayed until Sept 8th, so why pre-order when delivery can't be made on time, but they was able to get the steel book delivered on time only to find out when opening the case it was completely empty. They guarantee delivery by release date, can't fulfill that obligation and only send me an empty case. Ill never pre-order a game thru best buy again.

First, I bought this specifically for the steel book. I pre order so I can get it on release date and have it delivered so I do not have to go to the store. Sept 4 showed it was out for delivery, never showed. Fast forward 4 days and the steelbook finally delivered, and there’s a dent in it. Game still hasn’t shown up and no date of when it will. Will not make the same mistake again.

This item was sent with many dents I was quite shocked that someone would sent damaged items my son opens it and said to me mom why would they send this to me like this Very disappointing!!!! I will not order games again although it was included I bought it because of the case.

My son waited and waited for the presale and when we finally picked up his game, his rewards were not there. BestBuy told us we had to contact 2k support and 2Ksupport gave us nothing but the runaround and endless emails. Awful service and a very unhappy little boy!

Bought two games and got one case smh that’s my review

DO NOT BUY the $100 version because it does not come with the extra VC and downloads as promised, also the shot stick on this years 2k is the worst its ever been. Save yourself the stress and don’t buy

This is literally just a metal case for the game. My son uses us but I think its kind of stupid. They could have sent like a gamers book instead or something.

Literally just a steel book, thought there would be some cool art or other things inside but nothing. Just an empty case.

This game is 10 stars terrible. I would say it’s the same as 2k20 but the old version (2k20) is a better quality game.

This is not worth it. There’s nothing special about it, it’s just the tin casing. No booklet, no nothing.
