    My son had a game purchased for him and it was the wrong system Xbox X instead of Xbox One. He opened the game to test if it was compatible. Turns out it wasn't so we attempted to swap it out for the correct one and the refused to swap it. I have never reviewed a product before but best buys customer service and policy was so horrible that I had to write something.
