very fun and great slam dunks but seasom mode sucks

Much better than the garbage that EA puts out... they should call it EA NBA Dunk Contest because thats the only thing good about it. 2K9 on the other provides the full game experience. It acually looks like a basketball game when you play it and the graphics.

Absolute great game!!!! Great graphics really fun nice game modes. When you create a player it actually says the players name instead of saying," Number 45 grabs the rebound" Has halftime report. fans look real. great game!!!!!

I don't know what the other reviewer was whinen' about with the graphics because that is half the reason this game is great!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to admit, I purchased NBA Live 09........BUT, I did not open it. I played the demo before I played 2K9, and was psyched for the release. I went back and forth between the two demos, and decided NBA Live 09 must be exchanged for NBA 2K9. I purchased NBA Live 06 when the 360 first came out, and was extremely dissapointed. I tried to give NBA Live 09 a chance, but it just cannot compete with the 2K series.

i like the game, its really fun, the game is fun on xbox live to. and graphics are great.

All those people complaining about not being able to dunk, just plain suck at the game. I play everyday and I dunk -A lot-. Maybe once a week it gets blocked. Maybe they need to improve their game before they come crying here to give it a bad review. Everything about this game is good. Gameplay, graphics, the whole package.

2K9 is the best game to ever come out and the scary thing is that I know it will only get better. If you are a true NBA fan, this is the game to get! The gameplay is so realistic that you feel like you are in the game! The only downside is that there are no lobbies for online play (At least I haven't seen it yet).

A solid game, probably the best basketball game out right now. 2k sports has always done a little better with basketball than EA Sports in my opinion. So if you're looking for a good basketball game, this is it.

This game is terrible. It is an embarrassment. You can't make a shot and defense is impossible

If you have PS3, PS2 or PSP, get NBA 09 The Inside. If you have any other system, get 2K9.

This game is good and way better then NBA live 09 has great control

This game did not live up to what I thought it would be. Graphics suck with some players. The shot stick is worthless, to cross someone over, you have to tap RT and move the left analog stick in your desired direction. Don't by this game, get NBA Live 09.

nba live is better it may not be as good graphics but still better

This game looks horrible! the graphics are no where close to where they should be. Also, the gameplay is just flat out dry and boring. I am starting to dislike basketball and this is adding to it. If you are a basketball fan and must have a bball game then I suggest looking at Nba Live instead, but that game is ok as it is.

If you loved 2k8 like I did dont buy this game it will only disappoint you
