EA spent years in the shadows of 2K, but no more. They really surprised me with this game. The graphics are great. The fact that you can actually see the muscles when the player flexes is amazing. Live is back.

First off let me say this is not anything like NBA 2K. I mean this is better in my opinion. It's strictly basketball. no-nonsense and unskippable cutscenes that don't mean much. This game is by far the best basketball game I have played since NBA Live 10.

I would recommend this game to anyone looking for an NBA2K18 alternative. Besides having a terrible franchise mode, this game is very fun. Much better than 2K this year!!!

This is a very good comeback for the series the gameplay and the look is very good.I think and after all the years in decline NBA Live is making a comeback.

Not a guy who normally gets addicted to video games but this game is so much fun. Kind of arcade style but also authentic NBA. Really love it and even though it needs a little work it’s excellent.

Purchased for my grandson for his birthday. He called and was so very excited about receiving this XBox game. He has the ones from previous years but as he said”this ones the bomb”

It’s easier to setup and play than 2K but the gameplay isn’t as smooth and realistic. Definitely a better buy if you get it on sale tho.

I actually would give it a 4.5 but rounded up. The game is the best it has been in years. Few minor fixes it needs, but otherwise great alternative to the leader in this segment.

Picked this up with NBA 2K 18, and I find my self playing this more, graphics aren't as good as 2K, but the gameplay is really fun, a little arcade feel, but overall not bad.

Great game. Something finally different than NBA 2k. Animations are cool. Only downside is the lagging when playing internet games.

Live is back!!! Yes it has some flaws but for $27 dollars there isn't a better basketball experience out there. Take a break from 2K and give this a try!!

Finally I don’t have to play 2k18 for hoops. I’m glad EA keeps things simple and fun for non-basketball experts.

I think Live is a good change of pace from NBA 2K18, Not as many modes, but fun to play. I like "The One" mode.

Live has stepped it’s game up. I find this year’s more fun than 2K. I’ve been recommending this one over 2K18.

Overall a decent game, some gripes: - requires an ea account - lags at times - face scan app does not work

This game in my opinion is just as good as 2K. Although 2k may have the better graphics, I prefer the game play of NBA Live 18 because it's a bit more arcade-ish while 2k seems to be more a simulation. I have both as I play both depending on whether on which style of ball I want to play. Also, NBA2k18 has historical teams which are fun to use and NBA Live has all of the WNBA teams which is a different aspect that I enjoyed.

I haven’t played NBA Live since 06 came out but I must say this game will get better every year I hope.

A few bugs here and there and graphics are a little better on 2k17, but I"m having fun. A good time.

EA step their game up this year with better game play and not all that microtransactions like 2k

This is a fun game to play and if you love NBA Video Games you need to get this game. If you are a big fan of the NBA buy this game.
