I enjoy using the cards to get gems for the games.

I bought two of these cards and both codes gave me the "cannot be redeemed" error on the game. ArenaNet did resolve the issue by sending me new codes after several attempts to make these work, so that was a plus. Will purchase gems through in-game store next time.

Come to find out they put spyware on everyone who logged in during a certain period of time and logged EVERYTHING you did on your PC. They wound up suspending 1583 accounts and a number of them for false reasons. DON'T buy their gems or play their game. They think they can put whatever they wish on your PC and spy on you. They can shove these gems and all future purchases.

The card that Best buy sold me didn't work. I was able to get a refund but it took a lot of finagling. The staff at Best buy was polite enough but I can't say the experience was good or that I was happy with the product I received.

I have bought gem cards several times. Purchased this online as a gift shipped to gift recipient. He received item, and it did not work. He contacted Guild Wars to no avail. Best Buy store in Frisco, TX would not refund or give store credit.

I've purchased several ncoin cards from best buy and it worked perfectly fine in the past. However when I made my most recent purchase on June 2017 the cards for some reason didn't work. The codes wouldn't apply ncoins to my ncsoft account and I had to contact ncsoft support to help me with this issue. i'm starting to think i chose defective gift cards. I hope the others in stock aren't like the ones i purchased. I would've given this item a 1 star if I purchased this 1st time but I've done it before in the past and had no issues back then, so I'm giving this a 2 star fair rating only. If ncsoft support can't do anything, I'm looking for either a refund or credit back.

I bought this before I realized how bad the cash shop in GW2 is.

tried loading the game on 3 computers and doesn't work , apparently this is a known issue and yet no one has fixed it.

Bought two of these when they were on sale, which I didn't know was a thing until I saw a reddit post about it. Luckily was able to get before it ended. BTW if you're card isn't going through like mine did at first, what I did and would suggest is waiting at least 24 hours after you've received it in the mail, or try it a couple hours after Best Buy -not the shipping co.- sends a notification of it being delivered. I assume (don't quote me) that's when it's activated to avoid any mishaps. If that doesn't work, contact them then like other reviewers did. Other than that there isn't much to say, it's just an ig currency. It's not necessary to the game play and is just there to get extra flashy goods and account upgrades.

Hard to give a bad review on a digital item! Works great as a gift for friends who play online.

Bought as a gift but when the user went to use them it wouldn't work. They verified that everything was correct, including the codes but I t still wouldn't work. Everything had to be re-issued. This is not what you want the gift recipient to have to go through. These are the only cards that can be used in the game so you don't have choices

I usually buy these to spend on bank space additions in Guild Wars 2. Also, if my son HAS to have a certain pair of wings etc....

Free in game items make it worth the trip to the store, especially if you are buying multiple cards. Also a good choice if you don't want to use your CC directly with the company.

I purchased several Gem Cards from bestbuy.com. Most worked as expected, but one card in the batch was not activated. Unfortunately, NCSoft has outsourced the Gem Card system to another vendor, and they are unable to help. I have since logged a customer support request with the third-party vendor. It's been well over 3 weeks in the customer service process and I can only recommend in-game purchases using a credit card.

It's a game card. Nothing to really report. The exchange rate for gems is about the same in game as retail. Punch in a code and you're done.

I am happy to have this product. I don't need to use my cc to buy in-game gems.
