Works so well, no more cat smell . Very easy to setup and use.

For big cats this is a must, it is more comfortable than covered ones.

Would have given more stars, as it is super helpful to me. Except if the bin is full, and it goes to clean, it will stay upside down and not return to normal position. You cant open tray when its upside down cause cat litter and feces will go everywhere. Its happened twice now, so i have to unplug, carry outside, slude open bin and make a mess doing so, then take out trash and bring back in plug in and wait. Also it wastes litter, moreso then the previous brand i bought. And this one is super expensive, so i went with the "logic" that it has to be better. In ways it is but what i described above is a huge pain in the behind. If it would just return to normal position and allow me to change trash bag id have no quarrel or bad things to say, it would get 5 stars

This litter box is state of the art. I've never smelled poop or urine since i purchased the Neakasa. I am the envy of all my cat owning friends. my cat Winny took to it right out of the box.

I bought this last December and the product worked great. It stopped working and was giving several different reasons in the app for it. It would say litterbox is full (when it was empty) or motor overload when it wouldn't move. Contacted customer service and went through a variety of attempts to fix. None worked. They said they are sending me replacement sensors. I was sent a motor (with no directions). Thought I would try to replace it but not easy to do. If it was easy, I would have been fine with that. However, parts aren't easy to replace, particularly with no directions. I realized the company is expecting me to be their factory technician and told them how ridiculous that is. They said they would send me a replacement. I don't hear anything so I contact again. Said they're waiting to hear from the warehouse. I email again and then get a response saying they don't ship to Alaska. Best Buy was able to ship this to me without a problem (got it in 2 days).

It works well until it starts to tell you that the waste is full. You change the bag but it continues to tell you its full. 1), have to make sure the bag is perfect. 2) you constantly have to clean the bottom of the robot (thats what Neokasa customer service is only good for). FYI, only can communicate via email with them, big con! After 4 months, after making sure bag is perfect and cleaning the bottom, it kept telling me full and would not stop getting notifications until I silenced them. So if you decide to try this, make sure you get the total protection plan in case. Google reviews for this and you'll see common issue with waste full errors.

Overall love the product but the bag senor has gone bad and its not even a year old yet. So im pretty miffed. Im glad i bought a warranty with it.

Horrible product! I had this for 5 days and on the 4th day it stopped functioning properly. It stated that the dirty litter bin was full so I emptied it (it was no where near full). After emptying the waste bin and changing the bag, I kept receiving notifications all day while at work that the waste bin was full which I knew could not be possible. I looked up online how to troubleshoot the problem and was hopeful that I had the solution. So after working a 12+ hr shift, I went home and tried everything the website had suggested. Nothing worked and the automatic litter box would not cycle due to it “thinking” the waste bin was full! We currently have a Litter Robot but I was wanting to try a different (a slightly cheaper) brand, but that was a huge mistake! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

This litter box is small, quiet, clean, and NOT smelly! A definite improvement over the former "robot" we had. My 2 cats took to it right away. The box and app are easy to set up and the app is great for monitoring the cats' "doodies". I've had no issues with it getting stuck, losing wi-fi or any of the other issues I had with my old bot. Highly recommend!

Stopoed working within 3 months. This thing is garbage

My cat took four full weeks before she would try this, but once she did, we both were hooked. I knew I would never be able to convince her to go in a closed or hooded box, so most automatic litter boxes were never a possibility. Pros: Easy cleanup, easy to forget in a good way Cons: Gigantic, a small fortune Pro or con?: Looks like a spaceship Consider a small stool to place in front of it, as it is a bit of a jump.

This is a fantastic self-cleaning litterbox. I've always been wary of self-cleaning litterboxes as I've heard they can be finicky. However I've had nothing but positive experiences with it as a litterbox. From cat detection to bin full notifications, everything works exactly as expected every single time. The reliability and ease of use are my two favorite features. However it's not all rainbows and butterflies. Two complaints I have: 1. The app is terrible. I've had constant login issues and really outside of firmware updates there's really no need to use it. It'd be nice if it worked better, but not a dealbreaker. 2. When I got this, I was advertised "up to 14 days" before it needs changed. Well I have 3 cats and it lasts almost exactly 48 hours before needing changed. While that's definitely better than the twice a day I had to clean before, I do wish there was a "big bin" upgrade for multi-cat households.

I've tried a few different brands, and have talked to a lot of other people that have different kinds, and this is by far the best one I've encountered so far. No more scooping, keep track of which cat is using the box and how often, and you don't have to empty it very often. I have 3 cats and I only have to change the bag once a week!

We love everything about this litter box except one small thing. It is intuitive, keeps smell to an absolute minimum, is a dream to empty, and is easy to maintain. The only thing is the litter escapes into the lid of the disposal area and gets caught in the mechanism to own the door so everyone it cleans it has this loud crunching noise the entire time. I have yet to find a way to fix that... outside of that noise, it's fantastic!

I have two cats and this Neakasa automatic cat litter box makes life with them stress free for both me and my wife. Neakasa is the best one on the market. I know that because I had tried a couple of inferior brands and styles prior. The open top and simple rotating design of the Neakasa is what makes it work so well and makes it so easy to keep clean. With anything automated like this, the cleanest, simplest design with the fewest moving parts is going to be winner.

I bought this about 90 days ago because I suddenly found myself taking care of 5 cats. This litterbox saved my sanity and the smell of my house. No one even knew I wasfostering 5 cats until they saw them. I highly recommend this box.

This box has been a life-saver. We have 3 cats and I finally got tired of cleaning the box every day, sometimes even multiple times a day! It is easy to setup, use, and even has notifications when the box is low on litter or the waste tray is full. Highly Recommend

I received this product as a gift a few months ago and it has not disappointed. i only have to empty the trash bag once a week which is AMAZING. i work a lot and needed to have the ease of an automatic litter box for my two babes. i like that you can add profiles for them in the app and know who is using the litter box. overall it is a great product!
