This vacuum is wonderful. I wish I had bought one sooner. It cleans very well. It is quiet, cleans corners, floors and carpet very well. It is perfect for the young, busy family as well as the older retired person. It saves my back! I am happy with my purchase.

The Neato D6 is an excellent robotic vacuum! The App allows full control as well as the ability to draw no-go lines (once the robot has mapped your floorplan). This alone is a tremendous step forward from older generations and priceless in my opinion. We had an older robotic vacuum without the ability to control where it could or could not go. I cannot tell you how many times we would run the older vac only to find it stuck under a table when we got home from work. The Neato Botvac D6 follows the map you draw for it, remaining clear of the no-go areas that you set up. Once it has completed it's clean it will send a message to your phone that cleaning is complete as well as a map of the area cleaned. We have 2 dogs and hardwood floors and this little botvac is a life saver! One of the only drawbacks is that the dirt reservoir fills quickly. I would definitely recommend this product!

This replaced and eco-back row bad that committed suicide after when I have years – the battery died. It was mediocre. So far the Neato is very good. It cleans better,faster it seems to be more “at ease“ with our dog. It is an improvement.

We really love this product! It is a little tricky to set up, so watch as many videos as you can. They help a lot! But it is so worth the time it takes to set up. Love the results!

The D6 is very good. We really like that it can map multiple floors and that the laser guidance makes it possible to run in low/no light. It also maps your floor plan very quickly. Had my floor plan very close after only one cleaning. The only real issue I have is that it does wrap dog hair around the brush. We have two German Sheppards though and we have only used it during the spring months when they are shedding a lot. The unit is easy to disassemble so when it does get a lot of hair wrapped it can easily be cleaned. Overall I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it.

This robovac is sooo smart. It has no trouble learning the pattern and running efficiently from room to room. Does a great job of sucking up fine particles of sand or dirt.

We have had a Neato D80 for a few years and it finally died. We debated going back to the D80 or upgrading. Although it was more expensive, we are very pleased with the upgrade. I was skeptical about having a "connected" vacuum, but being able to control it and designate "no-go" zones makes it so much better. Every house probably has a couple of problem areas that cause it to get stuck. Now we can keep it away from those automatically. Each day we get a report of its completion and it always has a full bin (we have a lot of pets). It may help that we have an all tile floor. Would definitely buy again.

If you have dark carpets or tile, this is the best one to get. It vacuums by using lasers instead of cameras like the competitors, and the competitors stay away from dark spots or areas because they think there's a drop-off.

This is our second Neato. Our first one we've had for three years but it was starting to have issues with batteries. We used the old one at least twice a week to keep up with dog fur, for which it did a great job. So, we bought this D6 to be our main not and what an upgrade! The speed with which this new one works is amazing. It still does an outstanding job of picking up dog fur, especially on our hardwoods. The app is simply awesome! The ability to draw no-go lines on a map is so far superior to placing the magnetic strips on the floor, which did not work sometimes. Also the app allows you to control the schedule and updates to the vacuum as well as to control it during a cleaning cycle. Highly recommend!

Love this vacuum. I have 3 cats and it does great!! I used to see cat hair floating around, but since this vac has been apart of our house, I no longer see that!

We love our new Neato. He does a great job on our hardwood floors, getting up all the dust. Also he is great on the rugs and tile. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a robot vacuum.

Neato goes about its business and lets you know when its done. I can look at where it cleaned and how long it took. The app makes this a real pleasure to get you cleaning tasks done.

I’ve had other brands. None come close to Neato. It cleans the whole house and isn’t stupid like the other brands. Worth what ever price you pay for it. It truly works amazing.

Vacuums fine but the app and 'intelligence' leave a lot to be desired. Gets stuck easily and frequently, sometimes gets 'stuck' on nothing at all. Each time I run it, I end up having to rescue it at least 3-4 times no matter how well I clear all obstacles off the floor. I do LOVE the ability to mark no-go areas on the app.

This keeps you house clean without you lifting a finger! We keep on on each floor run them via our phone once a day. It make life so easy a great Investment!!

The Neato D6 exceeded my expectations. This does an excellent job. Wouldn't say it's too noisy but it does make some noise. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent robotic vacuum. I love the path it shows online to see exactly where it’s been and if it gets stuck it shows me where it is on the map.

I have two dogs who both shed badly. I wasn't sure ANY robotic vacuum would be able to handle the amount of fur my dogs shed, let alone do as good of a job as my Shark. I was dead wrong. Not only does it do a fantastic job vacuuming it is able to handle the amount of dog hair due to its large canister size. It has had a few kinks getting stuck here and there. But I love the fact that I can start it and come home to clean floors, and everything can be managed from the app. The dust has also decreased in the house due to using the vacuum daily.

We have a three level house. The first one has done an awesome job but we wanted a second robot because we run it all the time. At first I was skeptical that a robot could do a good job but boy was I wrong. It is absolutely amazing to see all that this robot picks up daily in its bin. Plus it can go under furniture where no normal vacuum can reach. It leaves orderly straight side by side lines on the carpet showing where it has cleaned. I am an OCD person and I easily give this vacuum 5 stars.

The no-go lines are a great improvement over the previous versions of the Botvac line. You can still use the magnetic strips to block of areas (but they are so unsightly), but being able to add or remove the no-go lines really helps when you have rooms is varying states of disarray and may not want to vacuum an area for a few weeks. Like the D-shape and the organized manner that this thing operates. Keeps the house tidy, requires fewer deep-clean days.
