I have been using Neato Robotics - Botvac D6 for quite some time now and have been very impressed with the features and efficiency.

I ave had this product for 13 months now and I am very surprised with the high rating this has received. Good: 1. Great suction power which works well on hardwood flooring 2. No go lines when setup correctly on the floor plan, work well. Bad: 1. Not made for any carpeted floors. The little brush on the side keeps falling off 2. We are not very heavy users and use it like once in a week, but every three in four cleaning cycles it gets stuck. Basically once the furniture is in, the navigation is always confused. Always gets stuck behind, office chair, lamp post or pedestal fan. This basically nullifies the convenience of starting you vacuum cleaner when you are not at home. I have also tried cleaning the sensors, reinstall and update firmware. I am just glad i did not spend the additional $100 on D7 since I don't see much difference. Should have rather gone with a different brand. I only wish I would have invested my $499 on a different product.

Great app for tracking and setting up cleaning schedules and "no go" areas. Love the cleaning pattern; not just bouncing off of objects like my old Roomba.

Gets stuck a lot fell off the steps. Does pick up well. Sometimes can’t find the charging base

Easy to use controls by the app customer service does lack. Only downfall. Easy to empty goes anywhere Hooks up to your Alexa love that

The Neato Botvac D6 Connected Robot Vacuum arrived well packaged in a sturdy box. Included in the box was the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Enabled Robot Vacuum, the integrated charging base, power cord, spiral blade brush, combo brush, ultra performance filter, side brush, 2 meters of boundary markers, and a brush and filter cleaning tool. I charged the vacuum completely before setting up the Neato app on my smart phone. Then it was ready to go. I had to pick up some things in the house (cords and such) and set the bottom of my drapes up higher before starting the vacuum. During the first couple of runs, I noticed that it would get stuck in a couple of places so I used the included boundary markers and it ran much better the next time. I have owned robot vacuums before and I knew this was going to probably happen, so I was prepared and kept an eye on it the first two tries. Luckily, as I test it more, I will be able to mark my own boundaries on the app’s map and not have to use the boundary markers very long. At that point, I will probably be able to use the scheduled cleaning feature and let the vacuum run while I'm at work. I really like the app and plan to take advantage of some of the great features included there (like being able to manually add your own boundary lines!) You can also use the app to temporarily stop or resume cleaning or to send the vacuum back to its base. The vacuum has a Spot Cleaning feature which can be set to clean a 7’ x 7’ area or a 13’ x 13’ area either with 1 pass or 2 passes. Not my idea of “spot” cleaning so I doubt I will use this feature. The Eco mode is convenient if you don’t care how long it takes and you don’t want the extra noise in the house, but the Turbo mode is faster, louder, but more powerful. Neither modes were uncomfortably loud, but the Turbo mode was too loud for watching television nearby. The vacuum did a good job of picking up dirt and dust and the dust bin is large enough that it doesn’t have to be emptied too often. If you use it regularly, you should be able to only empty it after it is done. Bottom line: Every house is going to have different problem areas for any type of robot vacuum. Once I found out those areas and acted to prevent future problems, it was obvious to me that this vacuum is going to keep my house much cleaner of pet hair and going to save me a lot of cleaning time. Even when I vacuumed regularly, my house always had a bit more pet hair than it does now after getting this vacuum.

A good device but it can get stuck rather easily. It surprised me how well in picked up dirt.

Very happy with how it vacuums in a straight line! I have been happy with the app and how you can control it.

I wouldn’t purchase again. This Neato is constantly getting stuck under our normal height sofas, which is where all of the dog hair accumulates! Kind of defeats the purpose is I have to program no go lines for the areas under the sofas. Thumbs down!

Everyday vacuum comes on at eleven a.m. spends about a hour. The nice thing is that it goes under furniture every time.

As far as these things go it works pretty well most of the time.

we like the Neto, however; if we had it to do over, we'd spend the money for one that empties itself.

After we bought it we don’t touch our Dyson anymore. Thanks to Neato for great robot and to Best Buy for nice price!

This robotic vacuum is awesome. It’s quiet and efficient and works just like I hoped it would.

It is my 2nd neato. This one is smarter and works with a phone app. Much better than a rumba.
