I bought this on sale and was highly disappointed. I have a lot of stuff in my house and figured this would be the best with the “laser guides”. However, this vacuum got stuck all the time and wouldn’t find its way back to the dock. The mapping and zone cleaning was good and it did clean well, if it didn’t get stuck. Neatos software updates are garbage as well, get ready for your vacuum to forget everything when there’s an update or for it to stop working. I finally gave up and got a iRobot i3 and the difference is uncanny! It doesn’t have the “zone cleaning” but it does great cleaning, never gets stuck, and always returns to its dock. Considering the price difference, it’s a much better buy and you can tell that company actually cares about its products. Again, maybe this is because of having so much in my house, but this is the experience I’ve had.

After scanning the floor plan, the Neato D7 flawless navigates and cleans my floors. No more pet hair! Easy to empty. I love it. Comparable to the Roomba i7 but at a much better price.

This product is excellent it has a really powerful suction for carpet is excellent vacuum and it's a great sweeper if you have or using the floor I'm really recommended but it is amazing and don't lose any connection send your notifications at the phone to the app I really recommend it easy to clean cheaper filters replacement

The neato robot does a very good job on carpet and wood flooring. I love the scheduling in the app. I do not like the fact when you want to manually control it, the connection is not stable. I hope this can get fixed soon( hopefully a firmware update. )

Best vacuum I’ve ever owned. This thing is smart and does a great job. The lines it makes also makes the floor look extra neatO (get it lol). But seriously. Definitely worth the money and I love that I can just tell google or Alexa to vacuum.

The D7 works very well; the no go lines work well and the cleaning does a great job leaving those just vacuumed lines in the carpet when you wake up in the morning having set it up to run overnight.

I have a white lab that sheds his body weight in hair every month and this thing has been a godsend! The container does fill very fast especially if you have pets, but if you run it every day it doesn't matter as much.

This product is mainly for homes that don't have a lot of objects obstructing its movement.

I synced my Neato with my Litter Robot, my cat room is always clean! Also scheduled a whole house vacuum, helps maintain a clean house.

I just leave it on and let it do all the work. I would recommend this to friends.

Love my second Neato. One up, one Down stairs. Clean floors all day every day. these little machines are the BEST!

The Neato D7 is awesome! This thing has made our lives so much easier - the app is easy to use and setup was a breeze, and watching this thing clean our downstairs is insane! I've heard good things about Neato, and firmly believe compared to the iRobot Roomba's these are up there, if not better than any of the self-cleaning robot vacuums. Highly recommend this to anyone out there looking into getting a self-cleaning robot vacuum!!!

This is a real good robot vacuum. I like it more than my samsung.

This little guy will keep your house clean and you don’t even need to be home. He is smart and learns the layout of the house the more he vacuums.

Owned this vacuum for over a year. For a long time it was working great- mapped out the house and vacuumed perfectly. Then it started acting up and vacuuming the same 2 ft section of the carpet until the battery died. I had two vacuums, one upstairs and one downstairs and they both had this issue.

Great item hands down would recommend to anyone with a house or pets with a busy schedule
