I love this vacuum, the app is easy to use, has no-go lines, and due to it's design can hit the corners fairly well.

Great for cleaning corners, below tables and small spaces. Easy to control and can update maps for two floors.This is a must specially for a big house.

This unit has great features but too expensive No self emptying bin but has no go features Nice but still not worth it The shark has it all at have the price and the self emptying bin is great Also some of the filters are washable also theres a no hair tangle

So far so good. The neato botvac d7 is a great helper. Nice features. Battery life is good. Just having trouble with setting it on my google home. In the apple app, neato does not show on the products it supports. I hope that gets fixed with app updates.

After researching robot vacs for a month decided to go with the Neato D7. So far its worth every penny. Setting up the floor plan took some babysitting. We have a couch i had to block off so it couldnt go under. After the first run we just set up the No Go lines around the couch. Owned it for a month now and no complaints. Our first floor is rather large with 5 rooms. It cleans the whole floor in about 75mins. Gets close to the walls and keeps the house clean. I would buy again.

I always wondered about all the round vacuum robots. How do they get in the corners? They don't. This one does. I was super impressed with the laser mapping. The app shows you exactly where the bot cleaned. You can then exclude certain areas by drawing digital lines on the map to keep the bot away (like from pet bowls or computer cords). We named our bot "Fred" and he really does an incredible job. I can't believe how much was in the bin when I emptied it. If you are in the market for a bot vac, this is the one.

Love the ease of use .. turn it on and watch .. only thing when it gets stuck it shuts off and u do have to empty the container , more than I would want since I have pets .. Their hair takes up a lot of the room

With the comfort of not having camera's in my home, this laser-guided machine easily navigates everywhere. I've seen a few instances where it's managed to travel under a piece of furniture only to not be able to get back out from there. This is where the whole home mapping comes in. Once you've mapped your home, it's so easy to cut off the places that are problem areas for the vacuum. Excellent value and would happily recommend it.

Pros: It has good suction and travels around the house well, noise level is fair. Cons: Doesn’t vac the house in the same pattern, forgets some rooms, gets lost, forgets where home base is located.

I’ve had a neato botvac connected for several years and it runs every day. but it is worn and needs new components so I just bought the new D7 to replace it instead. while not perfect, my old neato did a good job but did have issues keeping connectivity to wifi so i mostly just used the buttons on the unit itself. for the new D7, i’m currently mapping the zones and so far has worked great. I had an issue initially trying to get the D7 to connect at set up but i called Neato and they had me turn off cellular data on my phone and it connected instantly with no further problems. I upgraded to this unit so that I could connect to 5g wifi as well, instead of just the 2g signal that most electronics are restricted to. I like that Neato included 2 additional filters with this unit. So far I highly recommend.

This does fantastic on wood and carpet. Picks up all dirt, dust, hair, etc. works superb and does a Great job. I Love it

Love it. Only issue I have had as it has gotten “stuck” a few more times more than our shark. But it does make beautiful lines in the carpet (whereas our share is more all over the place ).

Cleans better than a normal vacuum. Didn’t think our carpet was really this dirty when we cleaned every other day. It’s a little noisy when it’s running but we run it when we’re not home. Love the idea that we can set no go lines, after it runs a floor plan cleaning, so the Neato won’t go to certain areas. This helps when we leave the pet food down. If you’re looking for a robot vac, definitely consider this. It won’t bounce around like the Roomba or Shark.

Overall good product. Very happy with the performance. The one thing I love about this vacuum is that it creates the “lines” on the carpet. Pretty impressive compared to others.

I have two robot vacuums and the Neato D& is the one that best meets my needs. I have 2 dogs and it has no problem with the fur. The navigation on this robot is superb far exceeding the other robot brand I have. This robot very rarely gets stuck. I have had to re-train robot with my floor plan. The app is easy the no go lines are easy. The dirt bin is big and has not gotten clogged. Great robot

My first robot vacuum was a NEATO and it was hands down the best robot vacuum. I had to replace him after 3 + years and everyone NEATO I purchased after has not been able to live up to its standard, including this one. Returned it to the store. I really wish they would go back to the original model.

The features are great. Mapping fixes all the annoying issues of older models. I've had 10 neato bots through the years. This model requires a great wifi network in your house to work. It has to connect to your phone app to work at all. Mine is 10 feet from router and still struggling to connect. Neato customer service is the wost they used to be the best. Do not buy without geek squad protection. If you have a problem within return period return it for another. I went through 5 D5s within 2 months the last one has worked great for 18 months.
