    doll came with nose broken due to poor packaging in shipping, sadly it was sent as a gift and my granddaughter did not want to hurt my feelings letting me know it was broken when I saw the doll I told her I would rerun it but sadly the very short return window had passed so now she is stuck with a broken doll. Disappointed with the extremely poor shipping and such a short return window Beware of purchasing items from Best Buy.
