It was very soft, the limbs however have a ruber texture and shine. I enjoyed that attribute as it gave it a sense of texture from the rest of the softness. As it states in the actual product it is also very big and very huggable. I originally thought that the vibrations would feel weird however they pair with the plush very nicely. The vibrations give the hugger a sense of comfort when hugging this plush, its very relaxing. I can't praise this product enough. It was a really nice purchase and I'm glad I finally got to buy it
