Figure was ordered last fall using a $10 discount. Best Buy canceled that order the day before it finally came in stock. I contacted them to ask about having the discount reinstated on a new order and they flat-out refused. Since the figure was intended as a gift, I reordered it at full price because Best Buy was the only place I could find it in stock at retail price. The figure arrived tightly crammed diagonally in a box with no padding, causing the hanger tag to be crushed. The tiny glasses accessory was not included in the tray and the figure came with two right feet - both stamped with "Made in China" instead of the Universal copyright on the left foot. The figure was sold out at that time, but I made a return request and sent it back through UPS - along with a note clearly explaining what the issues with the item were. Two weeks later, the box was delivered back to me from the Best Buy returns center with a rejection letter telling me the item cannot be returned. I reached out to Best Buy again and they told me the item was now past the 15 day return window. The only thing they suggested was driving to a Best Buy store in another town and plead with a manager to make a return policy exception in person. I told them that wasn't acceptable. This was an online order and the figure was returned for a valid reason within the return window. I asked for another return label and assurances I'd actually get a refund this time. The agent then disconnected instead of giving any other solution. That feels like a violation of consumer protection laws to me. No customer expects to be sold an incomplete product with factory errors and then be denied a refund or exchange. It seems none of the customer care agents have the authority to do anything. I dealt with them for almost an hour while they "researched" - only for the agent to give up and disconnect me. No accountability for the mistake and no resolution for the customer.

I bought this collectible action figure for a present for my mom, and she couldn't be happier. I buy a lot from best buy and I was so glad to find this for a great deal. It was way more other places. Super happy and it was shipped fast and secure.

NECA’s Jessica Fletcher figure is a delightful collector’s item rich in detail, authentically styled, and wonderfully nostalgic. My rating lacks a star due to Best Buy unfortunately. They cancelled my preorder after a 3 week delay and the day after it was in stock. Really unfortunate, but preordering with this retailer is a gamble that seldom pays off for me.

I can see this item has bad reviews. Not a single one is for the actual item. It looks like Nest Buy fumbled the ball on pre orders. I didn't pre order. I just happened to find this. When i saw they had Murder She Wrote, I ordered. I love the Neca figures. They look really good. They come out with some random figures. This one and my Golden Girls are some of the weirdest ones in my opinion. Thats why I wanted them. Its crazy how many options. You can go from this, to Freddy Krueger, to ET, to Kurt Cobain, and so on. You never know what they will come out with. I'm really looking forward to the Robocop bad guys pack. You can pre order them. I don't know if you can do it here and after those bad reviews about the pre order I'm not sure I'd want to, but I'm definitely getting those as a pack. It's like $250 for all 5.

I added this item to my cart and it said it would get to me in two days. I have been waiting forever for this figure so I felt that that couldn't be true. They proved me wrong and she came today and she is exceptional. Super fast delivery and a super happy customer. I purchased one for me and one for my mom for her birthday. She is going to be so excited. Thank you, Best Buy for making this day. An awesome one.

Fun figure - nostalgic and incorporated into a Scooby Doo diarama

Its a shame that there were so many bad experiences for buyers with this figure. From it not arrving to other issues. I did order this and it arrived in perfect condition, mint and complete. It is a great figure with excellent detail and very cool accessories. I reccomend this for collectors or fans of the series. I bought this becuae this was my moms favorite show. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I pre ordered this in October/november 2024 but it didn’t ship, as they must not have had enough. Ok i pre ordered again for January 2025 delivery. I was supposed to get it on the 9th, its now the 10th and again saying a delay in shipping and item showing sold out.. im starting to suspect the company didn’t actually produce any. Just happy I ordered through Best buy and i can get my money back. Just disappointed cause I really wanted this.

I pre-ordered this so long time ago when it first came out. Waited a very long time. Then they just canceled. Really disappointed in Best Buy. This was going to be a Christmas gift for my wife. I even told her about about it, letting her know that it’s been pre-ordered for a very long time, but not to worry because we’re locked in. Then I had to tell her that they just canceled it. Disappointment for sure.

Pre-ordered in August. Order cancelled a few days ago. I contacted the manufacturer asking if any of them had shipped or would ever ship and was told that this product was never announced which is as hilarious as it is infuriating. I sent them a link to their own announcement and am waiting to hear back, but I think it’s pretty safe to say this product was never actually made.

I will never preorder another tem gron Best Because y again. I preorded two of these as soon as theycwent live. After delays, BB cancelled my order. Now in stuck looking elsewhere and the price has almost doubled because of demand. This is the 4th preorder item they have cancelled within the last 6 months. Why isn’t there an option to approve the delay without cancellation. Horrible policy BB! No wonder you’re struggling financially if this is how you treat loyal customers. Maybe don’t offer preorders if you can’t fulfill them or come up with a decent policy to give buyers an option. Very disappointed!

Dont do preorders ever with Best Buy for figures they just cancel the order. Trash.

Item was delayed several times over several months, missing the birthday and then Christmas for the recipient.
