If you know NECA's products, the quality of this figure won't surprise you. The articulation, paint, and built quality are all great. There's a nice plush texture to the "skin," even finer than what Palisades was doing with their beloved Muppet line 2 decades ago. The likeness is spot on to the character that generations have grown up loving for over 50 years. The accessories are plentiful. He comes with two portraits (open mouth and closed, with the hair and eyebrows being swappable between them for more looks) and 3 sets of hands for posing, gesturing, and holding the other items. Those include: a Muppet letter A, his framed bottlecap collection, his paperclip collection in a cigar box (fans of Christmas Eve on Sesame Street will appreciate that presentation, even if his paperclips are traditionally shown as all silver, not multicolored as they are here), a book of Boring Stories, as well as his pet pigeon Bernice. All are very nicely done. Overall this is a great figure. If you're a fan of Sesame Street and action figures, it gets a top recommendation. I hope NECA keeps this line going long enough to fully flesh out the Sesame Street gang, and to finish off the alphabet of letter accessories.

Great item i love Best Buy would purchase again..!

Bert's second head is a slightly different color. I wonder if that is because of changes to the Bert color on Sesame Street. Bert comes with a lot more accessories than Ernie, with every bit of space around Bert filled with accessories in the box, so he seems to be a better value. The figure and accessories feel good to hold, just the right weight and texture. The paint is nearly perfect. I do worry about the changeable eyebrows; I'm afraid the eyebrows could fall off and get lost. The book doesn't open.

Bert is very well made and includes some great accessories. His bottle cap collection, book of boring stories, and even his pet pidgeon Bernice. Also included are and alternate head and an assortment of hands. A great feature is that the eyebrows can be swapped between heads for more display options. My only problem is that the heads were a pain to switch. The joint is really tight and I had to heat up the socket to get it to pop in place. I also really think he should have just been in a two pack with Ernie.

Great detailed figure, captures Bert perfectly. Articulation is good as well. Accessories are nice bonus

Fantastic figure, NECA did a really great job with both Bert and Ernie. They're nice big figures and really detailed. Bert has his bottle cap collection, a chest of paperclips, the letter N and book of boring stories. If you're a Sesame Street fan these figures are awesome.

This item takes me back to my childhood. What an Awesome representation of Bert from Sesame Street. I also had to add Ernie along with Bert to make my collection complete. Thank you to NECA and Best Buy!

I got this figure and the Ernie one when they did there NECA sale. Both came through FedEx which I already I had a problem with how my other shipment came from them all smooshed. Also, I don't know who at Best Buy is packing the NECA figures, but you need to put them in boxes with packing material not envelopes.
