The Nectar Tri-Comfort Cooling Pillow maintains its firmness after about two weeks of heavy use. Even with a pillowcase, you can still feel its cooling sensation.

This is the Coolest pillow I have ever slept on. The adjustable feature is also very unique and helpful.
I love the 2 I have and plan to get more.
