It's NFS

The car visual customization is fun to play around with. The performance customization is just select the best you can afford and go, not much customization there. Don't expect Forza level play. The acting...well it's a game, it's not winning any acting awards, though once I realized Amy was from Game of Thrones I expected better haha.
