I was disappointed that it doesn’t shoot more than one dart at a time even though it says it’s “automatic”. Also, it is pretty big and loud.

Looks cool but ammos are jamming almost every time and for sure we are returning this item. I put it away to keep my boy happy

Lame. Sounds good like it’s firing up, but the fire power is non existent. Our manual nerf guns shoot so much better

Hard to insert nerf bullets … returned item and opted for a different type

This was left out in the rain on delivery. I have a covered porch and they where to lazy to walk it up. The literally sat it at the end of the walkway knowing it was pouring rain!! This was to be a Christmas present and it’s electronic so completely ruined . It was mailed just in the box it comes and the best it mailing sticker out right on it which also ruins it for a present.

Pros: Great idea, lots of darts Cons: Did not work, at all, Jammed from the start, Appeared to have some sort of corrosion or something in battery compartment, Made odd noise, but didn't function Maybe ours was a dud, but in general the Fortnite Nerf products don't seem to have the same quality as regular Nerf products, in our experience.

Would not recommend for children use as it is complicated to use and feels cheap.

When it works the Gun is ok, more of a gimmick than anything

The Hasbro Nerf Fortnite AR-Rippley is fun for all and a little added bonus for those Fortnite fans. This AR is a replication of a Nerf product that already exists, just with a new color scheme to match with the the Fortnite character. Not only does it has a different color scheme, the middle of the riffle es a blue transparent plastic allowing you to see the components within the riffle. This AR comes with 20 matching Nerf darts with a clip that can house 10 darts at a time. It is battery operated using 4 AA batteries in which you hold onto a button to run the motor before pulling the trigger per shot. I must say this AR can shoot pretty far, maybe close to 100 ft. The viewing components are more of a gimmick than anything else. Accuracy is pretty sold from closer distances, but like any other Nerf gun, you have to find the right view spot for the type of gun. But it shoots straight which is what you want. With a running motor, you want to make sure what you are buying are safe for your kids, and Nerf does a great job with that. There are sensors which deactivates the ability to run the motor when the jam door is open or if there is a dart jammed. This AR is not fully automatic, which I believe is more in line with this style of riffle. for each dart, you must pull the trigger which is OK. I have had other fully automatic Nerf guns and those ten to run through the darts too quickly. The only draw back with a motorized nerf gun is that there is no sneaking up on your targets. You do need to let the motor get up to full speed before pulling the trigger. But when it does reach full speed, it does get good range and have a little sting factor. Super cool Nerf product with no issues so far.

Broke right away not even a day after purchasing. Not cool.

I love NERF guns, so I was excited to see this one come to my doorstep. This thing is pretty large actually, even for a grown sized adult as myself, so I anticipate this thing wouldn't be the easiest thing for kids to lug around. It's probably 3-4 pounds so not too heavy but as a small kid it is. The accuracy is hit or miss (no pun intended) The sights on this gun are useless in my opinion, I get it's not a real firearm but don't boast the sights as a feature when they barely help you hit a target. The darts shoot out semi-straight, I have done rapid fire tests and noticed towards the middle of the clip they will start to vary out of control and veer right or left. I have had the gun jam on me three times in testing and one time the dart was stuck in the chamber and I had to go grab a long wooden dowel just to push the dart back out into the loading chamber! Not very kid friendly there.... If you're lucky and it doesn't jam that far, you could get your hand in the jam clearing chamber and pull it out. This thing does go far though that is for sure, and if you are lucky and don't get a jam, you could clear the 10 rounds in about 3-4 seconds easily. It's fun, but nothing to rush to the store to buy. Also do like the color scheme on it.

The darts don't shoot out very quickly out of this gun.

too many of the bullets were bent and did not work.

i have put batteries and followed instructions but it did not work at all. May be i got defective items as these guns are popular and battery operated. I am going to return my item to best buy

Total garbage... bullets get stuck non-stop.. nephew says: "You know uncle, it sure looks cool... but it just doesn't shoot"... While he's lighting me up with a knock off Nerf gun... lol! Save your money.

I would recommend buying the product but not from Best Buy. They promised a shipping date, it took almost 2 weeks longer than promised. It was a Christmas present and my son almost didn’t get it on time
