My son was Excited when he opened his gift this was his number one wish and the thing did not work unbelievable

The box was ripped up and physically open in places. The box looked like it owed a loan shark money and paid the price before shipping. Luckily no defects with the gun.

my youngest son was happy to see this come. he love fortnite and has many nerf guns but all are the pistols. so this was a big change. have a blast playing with it. a few things I will say that I wish. this day and age, most things are now doing their own rechargeable batteries. I would love to have seen that. or at least have batteries included. this does not have a manual mode so if you will need batteries. so I would love to see maybe a way to be able to use either with batteries (just something for easier use) or if not, at least a way to manually still use. nothing worse then playing and batteries die on you and now you are defenseless. also, would like to see a easier way for the battery compartment to open instead of a screw. screws can get worn out etc. which goes with what I said first about a rechargeable and just plugging in a cord. I would have also liked to see 2 mags. you get 20 rounds, would have been nice. mag holds 10 rounds so you have to re load the mag. at least with 2 mags it allows to swap out. the button to release mag is not the easiest. I think some how if they could have placed it on the side that would have helped. but those are just things I wished. overall lots of fun, great nerf gun to own and have fun with. love the color of it. fortnite fan or not. still fun and kids will love having it. my son is 13 and loves it. and his friends all wanted to use it as well. if you love nerf guns, or kids do, this is a great one to own.

Nerf fortnight did not work when I brought it home for my grandson. I thought they were tougher than that. Very disappointed

It was fun while it lasted. It let's you shoot 10 darts semiautomatic. However, it stopped working after two weeks. Changed the batteries and still. Very disappointed.

Says it comes with darts but there weren’t any in the box. Idk if we just got one they messed up on but very disappointed cause we got for someone as a Christmas gift

I will not order from bestbuy again. I was very upset because this was a Christmas present and BestBuy shipped the box ‘as is’ and my son saw it on the porch.

I bought several of these. So disappointed in Nerf. They don’t get past 8ft. Put new batteries and nothing! No power. Returned them the next day.

I’ve spent more time changing batteries in the Gun than my son has spent playing with it. The worst nerf gun ever, highly disappointed.

Need to exchange it.. it’s defective the motor doesn’t work! Total bummed out.. my son was so excited to play with it and couldn’t.

It's a good looking gun, not too heavy, but the darts get jammed every time my son shoots. Very frustrating.

This had missing parts despite indicating parts were present

Motor didn't work. Couldn't shoot nerf bullets. Nephew was disappointed.

I have not receie this up until today and that is just not acceptable.

Bought this gun for my sons birthday hasn’t work since day 1
