We opened it up and started playing with it. And after about 10 mins it started eating up nerf bullets and would not load them properly. This gun was a total piece of junk! We have a ton of nerf guns and have never had an issue with any like this one. I wouldn't recommend this one. Maybe I got a dud. IDK.
