First one came Stuck so bad that I couldn’t load at all. Then a replacement was sent which got stuck just after 5 mins of usage. Tried all that’s mentioned.. reset button and all but no use… disappointed

Great value kids loved them , I would say be careful getting for kids too small as there is a learning curve and the do pack a decent punch even tho it’s a soft ball
