    The Nerf gun is cool, but one major problem. The mechanism that shoots is very fragile and it breaks very easily if not loaded correctly. Once the part you insert the bullet doesn’t pop up, it’s broken.

    had reshipped twice both time best buy shipped the product with out the box so the product got damage in shipping

    I was looking forward to an awesome addition to my nerf collection and was a bit disappointed. My order kept getting pushed back and then when I finally received it… the box was awesome! So much hope but the weapon itself was kinda “meh”. Detail on the blaster wasn’t anything special - although I do like the loading/firing action. Overall this is an ok display piece for Star Wars and/or Nerf fans but wish I hadn’t paid so much to get an ok product.

    Purchase two to these both arrived broken from the factory(Not Best Buy’s fault) the problem is where you load the dart in the chamber the piece is broken inside. Got one for my son for Xmas, exchanged it and the exchange item also had the same exact issue. Poor quality control from Hasbro

    The gun came to us broken - just before Christmas and then wasn’t available to exchange for a new one after Christmas. Couldn’t even use the thing bc it was part of the loading mechanism that was broke :(
