Disappointing

It refuses to burn CDs at anything lower than the maximum speed [which gives the poorest burn quality] and kept giving "burn error" alerts for over a half dozen CDs I attempted to burn. Buying it is a waste of money since you can't get a refund. Installing it is a waste of time. So that is $100 of my money and three hours of my time I'll never recover. I'm going back to Roxio. It has never failed me.
