I received a duplicate to this as a gift. It cuts roasting time, cutting back on electricity and heating up the kitchen with a conventional range. The meets are juicier and more tasteful.

Kept grilled food warm at our party. Was great to have. Only minor negative was that it arrived with a small chip out of the finish.

I bought this roaster to keep a large amount of food warm and ready to eat at BBQ's. So far, it has worked great with my inverter which lasts about 3 hours on a single charge. I plan to roast a turkey with it in November.

Have been wanting a large roaster for a long time. This one does not disappoint. Can put water in the bottom to keep warm without continuing to cook. The stainless finish is very nice. Only 4 stars because I haven't used it a lot.

the first itme i cooled in it i could not get the inside of it cleaned. It was like it stained it and the aluminum lid turned black.

Cooks everything. Easy to use and clean. You must let run 20 to 30 minutes to smoke out before first use.
