Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.frothing is great, BUT it is VERY easy to have an overflow DISASTER --- finding a way to fill the frother without it leaking out is difficult (and, yes, I even held the top down to assure that the rubber gasket was fully engaged). You simply CANNOT USE the fill lines in the canister --- I eventually was able to use the actual frother gizmo as a guide (how much needs to be showing above the milk). Unfortunate, but ultimately useable with skim milk.

Aeroccino 4 was the best choice I could do. Great pro: it goes into the dishwasher. Not the frothing base, of course, but the jar does. It works great with either 2% or whole milk, making a very thick froth like a cappuccino should be. A bit disappointed for the timing in between two frothings (needs to cool down), and the not-so-good frothing thickness using non homogenized milk, but I guess it may depend on the fat consistency among the whole bottle. Great con: price. Nobody would ever spend $150 for a milk frother. I got it doing price match with Macy’s on 50% discount + $50 gift card I got as a previous gift. I mean, less than $30 is the right price for something like that.
