I love this coffee maker. The coffee is pricey, but good. I bought this mid December 2019. By mid February 2020 it started leaking during brew cycle. Today (2-22-2020) it puked everywhere. Rich, fragrant coffee over a square foot of counter. Customer service was friendly and helpful. We tried cleaning various areas with a clip. And then running it through a cleaning cycle. Perfect. It’s easy. They send a box with a label. I box the unit. 4 weeks later, COFFEE!!!! I’m really glad I never ripped down my 4 year old K machine. We‘vepounded it for over 4 years.

Please read the uses manual before start enjoying the machine. The machine is nicely made with specific steps. All the coffee brewed from the machine is excellent, and together with the frother it is a perfect combination.

Bought it for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves it!! The frother it came with is great as well the whole family gets use out of it too!!

Very convenient. Small does not take up a lot of space. No more expensive coffee now I make my own at home.

Next best thing to getting a proper made cup of espresso. Love that this machine makes coffee too. I did have one issue The combo I ordered had an European plug on the Aeroccino, I called Nespresso and was able to take it back to the Nespresso store in Glendale for a replacement. Great customer service. Also, the matte black version comes with the larger water reservoir normally found on the deluxe model.

Quick setup and easy to use. Best coffees I have had in a long time. Capsules are aluminum and a free recycle bag (with a shipping label!) gets the aluminum and coffee grounds back to be recycled or composted. Not sure why I waited so long to get one!!

This is the first time I think I can an appliance five stars. I've always wanted an espresso machine, but thought that they were on the pricey side, so I held off. Black Friday brought some good deals, but I saw this as the best deal for me. I was looking for an espresso maker, but found one that also made coffee. The thing that sold me was the whole barcode system and the centrifuge system. So pretty much what happens is that when you place the pod into the machine, a laser reads the barcode, then the pod itself begins to spin, and then water is added at the right temperature, resulting in some delicious coffee that is topped with crema. The coffee itself which is a bit pricier than its main competitor wins in the most important category, and that is taste. The Nespresso came with a variety pack, but I had also placed orders for three different types of coffee. I have tried all three, and all three were delicious. The machine itself is very easy to use. It is all controlled by one button. I have yet to try the aeroccino machine. I don't really make lattes or put cream into my coffee, but I will experiment soon enough. Maybe I can make some flower patterns and such if I'm bored enough. I am excited to try the different flavors of coffee... alas, I will wait until I am done with the pods I have. My search for my favorite flavor beings. All in all, great machine. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I was hesitant as to what score to place for this item this is my favorite purchase so far makes great coffee, it’s super easy to make, Really easy to clean and I love the modern look it has. The reason why I scored it at three was because it has already stopped working for some reason it started leaking the coffee from the bottom part of machine and it hasn’t even been a year since I purchased. For reference I purchased this item in August 2020 and I started having issues in May 2021. Also the only other thing is that you can’t purchase the coffee pods anywhere in store you literally have to go to the website and purchase the coffee ahead of time before you run out! Will be contacting to see if they’ll be able to go ahead and exchange item since it should still be under the one-year warranty

Honestly amazing espresso drinks! So smooth and tasty. Super easy to use. Milk frother is fantastic. Downside:. You really have to purchase the pods for this machine on Nespresso website. Somewhat expensive. There are no compatible pods for this one.

It's kind of unfortunate that you can only use the Nespresso branded espresso pods for this, but that's the only issue that I've had with it. Everything else works brilliantly, it foams milk quickly and easily, and the flavors of the pods are all excellent. I just wish it was easier to get more pods to refill it!

Had been wanting to get this for a while after using it several times at my friend's house. It's great, fits the space well. It is one of the bigger models but I have it in a corner and it fine. Easy to set up and use. If I could change anything I would not get the best but warrenty. The company Will send you one as they repair yours which is awesome

The nespresso machine makes a great cup of coffeee. The only negative thing about this machine is trying to locate the pods. I found it easier and cheaper to order the pods straight from the nespresso site.

Crema is a beautiful thing! Grew up detesting the taste of coffee, but this machine presents the coffee in such an appealing way that I can’t help but drink it. Coffee is much more robust than my Keurig. The pods can get expensive, but it’s worth every penny. Easy to use as well.

I don’t know why anyone would want another coffee maker! This machine works well, tastes great and the pods collect themselves! I am very impressed with the quality of the coffee as well as the machine. I would purchase again without a doubt. I’m very happy that I used my money this way.

This thing makes the BEST coffee. The pods are pricy, and not available everywhere- I order from Amazon- but the coffee that it produces is phenomenal. There is no comparison between this and the keurig machines. If you want fast, GREAT coffee, get this.

I got this for my wife and she loves the ease of use and the design sleekness. She wishes they would include a recommended reusable pod, as the directions restrict certain pods and don’t guide you from there.

Makes great, creamy coffee! Easy to use, easy to set up and the quick delivery on the pods is well appreciated. I would recommend.

Love it, and I don't drink coffee, that is until this. I find that the richness of the brewed coffee is great. It's a little more expensive than a K-cup but still less tgan going out for one.

Wonderful foam and quality drink. The pods are a little spendy and wasteful. important to find an alternative.

This was my first Nespresso machine and it has been so easy to use and makes great coffee and espressos. The aerocino is also a great feature for lattes and so easy to use!
