Love my Nespresso so much I got one for my office and my kids !!

Less than a year later, this started leaking out from the front and back of the machine. Warranty is only a year, be careful.

Great flavor for the coffee lover in your home. Much smoother than any KCup

This was on sale and also came with about a month worth of capsules.

I had high hopes for this coffee maker. It worked well for 2.5 months (being used 2x per day). I took care of it, only used good water in it, etc. But it started leaking coffee somehow. I made coffee one day and in a couple of minutes the thing was in a puddle of coffee. I cleaned it well, I ran it through the cleaning cycle and then a descaling cycle but I got the same result. A puddle of coffee. I called the Nespresso Club support line. They wanted me to get a toothbrush and a toothpick and go through a cleaning while I am on the phone with them. I am not ok with having to use a toothbrucs, warm soapy water, etc and clean a pristine 2 month old expensive coffee machine while I am on the speaker phone with someone from their customer care. Do I really have to clean this thing with dental equipment every 2 months? Of course they said I can't simply send it back and get a new one. THe best thing I can say about this machine is that it made adequate coffee for 2 months. Also, it is not an unattractive countertop accessory. But I was hoping to get a few years out of it. Don't buy it. They don't stand behind the product. If it was of even mediocre quality, they would exchange it. I appreciate the guy on the phone guiding me through a cleaning tutorial, but ... seriously? Its 2 months old. It wasn't in use in a tent in Afghanistan for 3 years. Be for real. Buyer beware

I was excited to get this Nespresso but was disappointed in the quality of the coffee. Everything tasted the same and had a weird aftertaste. Coffee didn’t get that hot either.

I love this machine but nearly before a year of having it started leaking :(

Bought in December. Worked great at first. Used on average about 5/week. Started leaking from the back now when brewing coffee. Have to send it in to be repaired and now will be without the machine for about a month. Thank goodness I still have my Keurig. For the price, you would think it lasts longer without needing repair.

Makes some really good coffee. The Aeroccino milk frother that came with my package is European version with round plugs and 220v - 240v only. That is why I gave this review 2 stars.

I can only speak of the machine I received but it has been nothing but a problem since I bought it. At first it would dispense water but would not stop. Had to unplug it for it to stop. Sometimes it wouldn’t power on when I went to use it. Now it does nothing. For the premium cost of the machine and the cost of the pods for it I was hoping to get at least a couple of years out of it. Hopefully it is just my machine but for now I have about 100 pods and no machine to use them in.

This nespresso maker is awful. Mine broke after one month, returned (only allowed one return on the Best Buy replacement program which is kind of a joke,) got a new one April 21st and it broke in June. My best friend also bought one and hers broke 4 months later. Garbage. I’ve had a nespresso that I purchased 5 years ago that still works

It's leaking after having less than a year, i guess i will go back to keurig.

The best even sometimes is hard to get the coffee have to order online
