This is a very good, efficient product. My wife and I volunteer at a craft coffee shop and I find the espresso from this machine just as good. We already owned the frothier and the combination is excellent. We've been happy to find several good pods from companies other than Nespresso as well(Starbucks, Pete's, even the store brands from Target and Kroger). The only negatives with this particular machine are the small reservoir and small discard container. But they are minor.

Simple and easy to use. Perfect size to add to counter top without taking up a lot of space.

Small design fits great on counter top, warms up quickly! The only thing I didnt care about was the fact it is actually only a espresso and lungo capable. For sure my fault, I was wanting one with more options.

I bought this for use in the kitchen but upgraded to the larger Vertuo line after about a year. To repurpose this machine, it is now standard camping gear. We are able to run it off of our inverter or use campsite power. The machine is to use and maintain when using distilled water (no descaling required) and the small form factor makes it great for travel. Brew a lungo at the campsite!

The problem with these machines is that regardless of the convenience and the pizzazz of its operation, it is the quality of the product of dispensers that leaves you wondering why you purchased this. One of the frustrations with Nespresso is that you can only purchase the pods or cartridges online. This would be the reason why I would not buy the machine no matter the price point. That said I recently have found that Peet's Coffee makes cartridges are pods for this machine and sells them at Costco. This means I no longer have to either drive to California to the mall where they have a Nespresso store to push their online membership sales, and I can just simply purchase these at Costco. So just like the Keurig, every coffee is bad, honestly let's just put that out there no matter what the crema or rating or flavor is they push on the packaging it all sucks. However Peet's Coffee is the only coffee I would put in this machine which makes this machine and excellent by it is price point simply because of what it offers and that is another way to get Peet's Coffee. Go ahead try for yourself, use one of the disks or Chargers are pods whatever the hell they're called, and matching up against Peet's Coffee and you will literally be blown away out of the back door of your home. And I mean that in the literal sense in that literally you literally will be literally blown out of the literal back door of your literal home. Next thing you know you are having five or six espresso shots in the morning with your Peet's Coffee K-Cups.

Compact unit fits anywhere in your kitchen. Fast brewing means enjoying coffee as soon as possible!

Small, compact, heats up very quickly! Had for over a month. No problems.

This is a great product for small spaces and makes a good cup of coffee. Only down side is having to buy pods. However, they are recyclable.

I purchased this as a birthday present for my daughter with the goal of making it easy to transport to college in fall and for next few years of moving. She loves it and the sample espressos that comes with it are delicious. Additionally the curbside pick up was easy and the team member who delivered it to me was very kind. Overall excellent experience

It heats up the water fast, easy to clean (at the end of the day everything gets rinsed out and dried - easy easy), it takes seconds to brew a shot, the capsules are recyclable (just order the free recycling bags to fill then take to a UPS store to mail back no cost. And on top of this it looks great. AND they send you a couple of free capsules to sample when you make an order.

Love this little machine. I’ve used it every day since I bought it for black Friday. It has worked great so far. Very sleek and compact. Which also means the water/capsule compartments are small and needs to filled/emptied frequently compared to one of the larger machines. The plus is that it takes up almost no counter space which is what I wanted.

I bought this towards the beginning of the current pandemic and I did not want to frequent my usual coffee shops. I have absolutely zero regrets, this thing works great. If you are considering and someone who is usually dead set on foamed milk you may want to look at the upgraded version, but for me this was not a deal breaker.

This was a gift for my husband. We kept having them in our hotel rooms whenever we traveled. He raved about his espresso. I decided to get one for our home, best choice I ever made. He loves making he espresso every morning. Best way to start off your morning he always says now. Thanks!

I got it because it is small as I had a bigger one previously. A little noisy but deliver good espresso shots.
