Brian L at lacrosse store also had some great info about! I guess I will describe this way...... JUST bought a second one to give as a Christmas gift!!!!!!! And I know they will be extremely happy with !!!! PS ..... get a milk frothed/heater with it ......TOTALY worth it if you enjoy latte or cappuccino!!!!!!!

Decent with flaws
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a decent compact nespresso compatible machine with one annoying flaw. The flaw is that as soon as you turn it on, it leaks through the front where coffee is delivered. And it keeps flowing at a low rate after coffee should be complete. It does not impact the coffee generated but it means you have to keep a cup there until it is turned off.

She has used it numerous times now and says it works great. She used to work at a coffee stand and she says her drinks taste really good using this nespresso machine.
