Happy with Nespresso

Compact size is a plus. There is a large selection of coffee capsules to choose from. I am very satisfied with machine and customer service.

Small but does its job well

Small so it doesn't take too much space in my kitchen but still giving good quality coffee. The water container is a little bit small. I just have to refill the machine every other day because after extracting a cup of coffee, I remove the capsule and push for a cup of hot water so that I can rinse the machine.

I Think I Got a Lemon

I've only had it about a month and it is not consistent. Sometimes it is steaming hot and other times not. Also, the shot sizes are not always the same with very noticeable differences. I've not any problems with the Lungo option. I am going to return this and get a replacement and see what happens. I had a Nepresso Vertuoline and never had a problem with it. I sold it to buy the Original so I could buy pods at COSTCO. Maybe that was not such a good idea.
