I had a problem with my first machine that I purchased from Best Buy -- the button for the smaller capacity would stay depressed which caused the coffee to overflow in my mug. After I contacted Nespresso, they sent me another machine for free because I was still in the warranty period and they do not offer repairs on this type of machine. The one they sent me has no problems. This is a great espresso machine. It does not take up much space and is easy to use. I wish it had the ability to make other types of coffee or tea.

It feels very flimsy & poor. (Note how the specifications for this item do not disclose its material on any website.) The now-discontinued Pixie was mostly aluminum. It's a real disappointment. I returned mine.

I ordered one for black Friday and got it 11/25/18 (albeit from another store) this is an amazing little machine. I have always been one to use sugar in my coffee/espresso etc, but in this? Just give me some frothy milk and a double shot, its wonderful. Only thing (that doesn't lose any stars for me) is that you have to make sure to set the pod in correctly, or you don't get a good brew, but that's easy to remedy if you just pay attention to how the pod sets in when you put it in the machine.
