Coffee and Espresso?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I may not be a pro but I assumed since it says coffee machine that I could make a regular size coffee drink. It only makes a 3oz or 5oz espresso so i have to make the effort of making two espressos.

Very disappointed w/my first Nespresso experience!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I demoed this product with a Nespresso rep and was very excited when it went on sale at Best Buy. I unboxed it, followed all the directions, turned it on and inserted the capsule as I was shown by the rep. However, I couldn't press the handle down without considerable force. Not wanting to break it, I watched a video and the person demoing the product pressed down the handle with ease. I tried again and it still wouldn't close. The 1st pod was destroyed -- so tried another and another. Then when lifting it back up to retrieve the 3rd pod, the handle popped and now it doesn't work at all. The handle just flops back and forth, never catching the pods. Additionally, with every attempt -- hot water poured out of the machine but never into my cup. I am extremely disappointed by this experience because this machine is rated highly and now I have to go into the store to return it. I don't even know if I want to exchange it. It's really unfortunate...I wanted to be a Nespresso customer for life!
