I bought this machine on Black Friday as a supplement to my full-cup-brewing K-Cup machine, and I've hardly wanted to use the old machine since. This is a great machine, looks great in my kitchen, the milk brother is pretty great, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a slightly better caffeine drink every day.

Love the fact that the milk frother comes with the machine. Usually make the lungo style, amazing taste. Haven't gotten a coffee out (usually purchase about 5x a week) since I received the machine in the mail over a week ago. Only con is the milk frother will sometimes overflow even if you fill right to maximum line. Minimum line is enough froth for whole 8oz coffee. Love it!

For a long time, I wanted an expresso machine and this nespresso machine was a good option. I am really happy with it. Is compact, easy to use, and fast.

I got this on a whim, and boy was I blown away with it. I could not do without this in my life :). I have a keurig and it has been great. This went on sale and I got. I think it is the frother that makes all of the difference IMHO. I tried the frothed milk with my keurig and it simply was not as good. This is a great product and worth the money. The pods do cost a tad more, but if you look you can find them on sale. This machine is louder than a keurig, but I do not find that a drawback. If you live in a 800 sq ft apartment it may be an issue there.... Love it Love it Love it

Amazing machine! Compact and super practical. It's not very noisy and serves quality espresso every time. An average frother can cost up to $200, with this combo at Best Buy you get the Nespresso machine and frother for less than that. Only negative thing is that at times the machine doesn't pour the same amount of coffee and may need to be adjusted, which is very easy to do. Don't spend $700 when you can get the same results for way less.

Absolute best machine and coffee!! Nespresso is the gold standard! When I stay in hotels or rent vacation apartments, the high end places always have Nespresso machines. And this special buy bundled with the milk frother was sweeeet!!!

This is an excellent package. The Nespresso Inissia makes a great cup of expresso. The milk frother is amazing. Heats and whips the milk within seconds. The current sale price makes this package a great deal.

Love the creamy espresso, or long coffee. The frother works great even with coconut milk and almond milk, (must be unsweetened). Delivers a great cup of espresso, coffee, of cappuccino every time.

This Nepresso machine is awesome! It is very compact, so you will save a lot of counter space with this model. It makes great espresso and cappuccinos very quickly. I would buy this machine again.

We bought a Nespresso machine when they were first released years ago. The quality is consistently excellent but our machine was broken during a move and we never replaced it. When I saw this compact version, I just had to get it for our office. Well, I can’t say I’m surprised / as expected the espresso is amazing and the frother is magic. All this in a tiny footprint that barely takes up any space. So happy to have Nespresso in my life again!

Tried this machine at a resort and loved it! Got a great deal with the milk frother and many samples included at a price most charge for just the espresso maker. Very easy to use too

I'm really enjoying this with milk frother. Easy to use both and 19 pressure bar is good enough to make nice espresso and milk frother works great for latte. But one thing I'm concerned about is water bin is kind of too tight and hard to take it off. Other than that I really like it.

Nespresso machine and milk frother work great. Delicious espresso and lungo drinks. Frother works great, just don’t fill it to the indicated max level, it will still overflow.

This unit is incredible. I was worried it wouldn’t be as good as the more expensive nespresso makers but this one is just as good and better yet you can buy cheaper generic pods for this machine as compared to the higher end models that have to have the official nespresso pods that cost an arm and a leg. The coffee it makes is delicious and seriously rivals the big coffee names.

The best so far coffee machine ever purchased. It is the mother of coffee making machines on the market in 2017. It makes the best single shot coffee I've ever drank!!!

I have always loved Nespresso coffee. Found this unit on sale with the frother and decided to buy it. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

I've always wanted a Nespresso machine in my kitchen but was always held back by their high prices. With the Inissia, I could get nice espresso shots and drinks with ease. Been using it since June of 2018 so I can say what I have to say with confidence. The thing about Nespresso capsules is that they're not the best coffee you've ever had. But the consistency a Nespresso machine provides is fantastic. Their coffees are pretty decent, and you'll get the same results every time, provided you take good care of the machine, which isn't too difficult. The capsules (Nespresso capsules at least) are made with aluminium and can be recycled using Nespresso's free recycling program. I live in Vermont and the nearest store is in Boston. But, all I have to do is add a recycling bag at online check out, and fill it with used capsules. Once filled to the max line, I ship it with UPS using the pre-paid label that's already stuck on the bag. I appreciate the Aeroccino 3 because it does a great job frothing milk. It's not the same as steaming milk. Not gonna get that microfoam unless you go with something like the Nespresso Creatista, with its automatic steam wand. But the Aeroccino 3 included in this bundle does a great job. I use whole milk, store brand, and it works just fine.

I love that this machine is compact. Works great and has a separate electric frother. Both machines are so simple to use and easy clean up.
