Too bold and very small serving plus if you have a big mug you may need to use two of this ... at that point then you better go to Starbucks since it will cost you the same.

I ordered 2, 1 was already expired and the other box was open and you could smell the coffee, broken. It was packed tightly so it did not open in transit. Speaking with someone online and then returning in the store I never got an I'm sorry for your experience, I feel like they could care less. Sad as I used to think Best Buy cared a bit more about their service and customers. I do pay their My Best Buy Total membership.
