Works right out of the box. I am not a barista, so the fancier machines would not have been used as intended. This one, put a canister of your fav push the button, about 15 seconds the internal heater warms up the water and walla, you got espresso.. Only used the foaming thing once.. haha.. told you I'm not a barista, don't even know what its called. Coffee bar is complete.

Replaced my Keurig for this machine and I’m glad with the change. Seems like I was just drinking coffee flavored water from my old machine. Still use the same old peets coffee and the difference is incredible.

I love this coffee maker. The coffee comes out like the one you buy at the restaurant. The only thing I don’t like so much is that you can only get the coffee capsules from them. Overall is a great machine.

Love luv love it! With online or given recipes i dare say it is like having Starbucks every morning with a lower price. I was surprised at how easy clean is with the frother and it is done in 90 sec, both hot and cold settings. The coffee machine heats in seconds. For environmentalists pods are recycle-able at store or by mail.

This thing is amazing! Perfect cup everytime the pod selection is awesome you can also get pod from.bed bath and beyond but the reps from nespresso are super nice to take orders over the phone....definitely get one

I love this machine. It has changed the way I look at coffee. The process of bean selection is something I was very impressed with. Hand picked and sorted three different times. The empty pods get recycled and used for other things around the US. It’s pretty cool concept and giving back. The taste of every cup says it all. Highly recommended.
