I've been using this machine for a couple months now every day serval times a day and I'm very happy with it. It takes less than a minute to get a great cup of coffee.

Well made, solid and brews by far the best cup of coffee either. Fun to use the frother or latte options to make some great creations easily. I haven’t been to Starbucks since purchased as it makes a far better drink hands down!!

I’m not a coffee connoisseur by any means,l but I love a breve or a mocha, and I’m finding out a few other things, too! Nespresso has made it possible for me to whip up a concoction in just a few minutes with minimal supplies needed. Love my new little piece of heaven! Easy to use and the coffee tastes great!

This is my…4th or 5th Nespresso machine purchase. I have one in my house, RV, work and I purchased this or my parents. Now they are in the club. This machine works like a charm. Coffee and espresso to perfection. It comes with frothed that allows you to make drinks of every kind. Remember your maintenance, hard water build up with destroy it. I always use filtered or bottle water only. Best Buy customer service is always excellent but you will find Nespresso is equally good so you have comfort the machine will keep going or someone will do something to help.

I loved my moringn ritual of going to my favorite coffee shops to begin my day. However, my budget didn't! Now I have coffee shop quality coffees and lattes at home and its so so easy. I would higly recommend this product to anyonw who enjoys great coffee and espresso.

If you love coffee you have to have this. There is a learning curve about the different pods but so worth it!! I not only fell in love with it but brought it to work with me so my friends could try it and now they’re in love with it too. It is so much easier than dealing with any espresso machine and there are so many choices and combinations to try and experiment with. If there has to be a con I guess it would be the cost of the pods but even that is justifiable because if you buy coffee at any coffee shop your spending at least 6-9X as much on a SINGLE cup of coffee or iced coffee or some type of Frappuccino, cappuccino, or espresso.

This machine makes amazing coffee! Before buying this we had a K-cup machine because it was much cheaper and so were the pods but my wife almost never used it. After doing some research I purchased this and she has used it more in the last two weeks than she used our previous coffee maker in two years. This unit is extremely easy to use and does what it's supposed to. The only cons I have found are: 1. It doesn't hold as much water as our previous machine so if you make actual coffee instead of an espresso shot you have to fill it often. You can however go days without refilling it if you only make espresso. 2. Cost of the machine. This thing cost five times more than our K-cup machine. 3. Cost and availability of the pods. These little pods are hard to find in brick and mortar stores (I've only found two stores near me that carry them) and they cost five to ten times more than the K-cups I was using. But at the end of the day its better to pay more and use it than have a machine that takes up space and collected dust like our k-cup maker.

I LOVE the coffee that this machine creates! Frothy even w/o the frother. Fast! Went on a trip to Europe and when I got home I bought it because I just couldn’t go back to a kuerig pod!! If there is a downside it’s that you can only get the pods from their website but you order a few days before you’re out and voila! Lots of different options too. Love it!

I love my coffee machine. It has been a great purchase for me. I bought the spinn and it broke down less than 2 years after purchase.

I don’t have the time or patience to know how to many espresso shots with ground coffee. I’m a self aware American and I want my coffee quick , and good without having to think. Super simple system , pods are expensive but for me it’s worth it. Beats getting Starbucks or going out for it . Try the frother with heavy whipping cream , game changer . Machine knows how big each pod is supposed to pour and what temp. Great machine and worth every penny.

Was looking for a new coffee maker and decided to try a Nespresso. This was one of the best purchases I have made. The quality of coffee is amazing and have had no issues with the machine. You can make latte, cappuccinos, and a regular cup of coffee. It's a must have!

This machine was and is amazing. The only issue i have is- i didnt buy it sooner! Cant say anything negative besides fhe price of fhe pods. The machine is used multiple times a day wjgh no hiccups. It preforms as good as the day i took it out of the box.

Makes excellent coffee very easy to use. I only wish the pods were at more retail sites.

The greatest coffee flavors & it's not even close. I bet I debated buying Nespresso for over a year. Almost everyday I was reading about them & trying to decide if it's worth it. If you love coffee, stop what ur doing right now and go get this! Every aspect of these machines is simply amazing. The flavor it produces & the crema sitting on top is on another level. It's better than your favorite coffee shop. Not to mention how easy it is to make and with no mess to clean whatsoever. The pods aren't that expensive if you break it down and as soon as you take ur first drink, you won't think about cost of pods ever again. So many people don't know what they are being deprived of every day.....and from the comfort of ur home.
