I bought this for my wife for Christmas. I got the wrong one, she wanted the one that takes smaller cups. I am not a coffee snob, so I probably wouldn't have bought this for myself. However, after I started using it, I love the coffee. It ruined me for our regular Bunn coffee maker. The bigger pods are hard to find, you have to order them online. I am still learning which ones I like. The sample pack that comes with machine is a good place to start. Keep notes on which of those you like. Also watch youtube to learn about it, it definitely helped. Also, know that the pods are expensive, about $1 to $1.30 each. Overall, I would say if this is what you want, go for it, it is great. If you are not sure what it is (like me), do some research first. Turns out my wife doesn't like it so much, but I love it. Merry Christmas to me!

After one taste of Nespresso coffee it was hard to go back to the other pods. This machine is excellent and quite simple to use. Although the pods are more expensive than the other type of pods, the coffee tastes so much better and well worth it.

I remember the first time I ever tried this at someone's house. The coffee is wonderfully smooth, creamy, foamy and the frother gets me some of the best foamed frothed milk! Pods can be expensive, but that is the cost for quality coffee for those who are particular about their coffee.

Very happy with the Nespresso Virtuo. We ordered the 100 pods from the Nespresso site and received the free welcome gift and sample pods as well. I also like like the glassware that we ordered from Nespresso it truly brings the whole experience together. Had some issues with UPS delivery during the holidays but Best Buy made it right by shipping me out another one immediately. I’m all about the ease and enjoyment of the double espresso but my wife and son love the craft coffee. It’s been great for the whole family and much less expensive than the overpriced coffee shops.

The greatest coffee flavors & it's not even close. I bet I debated buying Nespresso for over a year. Almost everyday I was reading about them & trying to decide if it's worth it. If you love coffee, stop what ur doing right now and go get this! Every aspect of these machines is simply amazing. The flavor it produces & the crema sitting on top is on another level. It's better than your favorite coffee shop. Not to mention how easy it is to make and with no mess to clean whatsoever. The pods aren't that expensive if you break it down and as soon as you take ur first drink, you won't think about cost of pods ever again. So many people don't know what they are being deprived of every day.....and from the comfort of ur home.

Well made, solid and brews by far the best cup of coffee either. Fun to use the frother or latte options to make some great creations easily. I haven’t been to Starbucks since purchased as it makes a far better drink hands down!!

Overall very good and easy to make coffee. Simple instructions. Easy clean up. No complaints. I knock off a star just because its not as easy finding the pods as is other nespresso or keurig brand. But i didnlove how it came with a variety of samples to try.

Very nice. Have been wanting one. Easy to use. Nice design. Like the overall design and quality of the product. Makes a nice froth. Fits nicely with my decor.

I’m a fan of a high quality coffee. The best expresso and americano coffee. The pods are a lit bit expensive, but not a complaint. Quality=$$$. :) I simply love this machine, I make my coffee at home and do not crave or pay for expensive cup of coffee.

Love Nespresso! The machine has really kept its quality over the test of time, which is awesome! No issues with it. I just wish the pods were cheaper.

I’ve had this machine for a little over a month and I love it! It is so easy to use. I have two young kids and this makes my lattes so quick which is much needed in the mornings!

This product is outstanding for me. I do not like coffee that is to hot to drink and this product makes it the perfect temp coffee for me. If you like REALLY HOT coffee perhaps you may consider another option. This came with the frother and I had never used one until now. From a simple black coffee drinker, this has changed the game for me. I chose to reuse the pods with after market packaging and reduce my cost per cup. The original pods come with very good coffee and I will order more but not on a regular basis as simple as the aftermarket products are to repack the pods.

I’ve had this for 8 months now. I’m extremely in love with it. Works like a charm and I hope it lasts me very long . Espresso taste beautiful wish the Verturo pods were a bit cheaper but overall the machine is 100% satisfactory for my needs!

We have turned into baristas! Thank you so much Nespresso and George Clooney. We've already enjoyed over 120 cups of espresso and / or coffee and love this machine. The recyclable capsules, variety of flavor profiles, ease of use and of course the final cream all make this machine better than any other single cup brewer we've owned - and we've had over five different types over the past few years. Our trips to local coffee shops have all but withered away now with this amazing machine at our finger tips throughout the day at home. Can't say enough about our Nespresso. Cheers!

I have finally found a machine that meets all of my coffee needs. I haven’t been to Starbucks since I got the machine because there’s just no reason to go anymore, with the taste of the coffee it is absolutely perfect. The machine is very easy to run and despite some people saying that it can be loud I did not find that to be an issue. I have had another espresso machines in the past that I’ve been much louder than this one. I’m absolutely in love with my new coffee/espresso machine !!

Received it as a gift and I love it! So, I gifted a friend with it...and she loves it! It came with a sample pack, and I can't wait to try the different flavors! So far, I like all the ones that I have tried. I highly recommend it!

Take this with a grain of coffee, because I have only had one of these machines ever. This machine is most likely the best mid espresso machine for its price and I mainly love it for its frother. Though, if you buy coffee pods the coffee is already frothy so it’s also very good. I gave it a 5 simply because I am happy with what I got and the quality of coffee it produces.

We have 3 different coffee makers. 2 Keurigs and then this one. The Nespresso is by far our favorite. Love all the different flavors and it’s worked without any issues going on a year now.

I love this Nespresso machine it’s easy it’s not complicated. I’m ready to use.

I’m very happy I With the Vertuo coffee. Always keep a reach creamy flavor within a couple of minutes and very easy to maintain.
