The coffee is smooth, and not bitter (as it can be with other machines). The only thing I wish is that the coffee got as hot as the Keurig, but it isn't something that would keep me from buying this in the future.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is definitely a high quality espresso maker the only thing I would say is to turn the knob all the way to the left firmly I kept closing it and then trying to push the start button and nothing would happen it took me about 10 minutes to figure out I had to lock it before it would start other than that it's been absolutely amazing
